Wonderful staff like CHARLES COLLINS

Great service
To be honest I was nervous going through with this option, and I did contact every few days for an update as wanted to know what was happening, I did have my doubts. They gave us a courtesy car straight away and they got the job done and my car returned as promised - they are still dealing with the claim but have returned my car and have said that they will sort everything else.

Reassuring, efficient, outstanding
I honestly didn’t think a company like Auto Logistic Solutions actually existed — it sounded too good to be true. I didn’t have full comprehensive insurance after my accident and assumed I’d be completely stuck, but this team were incredible from the start. Charles was always just a phone call away with regular updates and made the whole process so much quicker and less stressful than I ever expected. Sydney was so efficient taking all the details and making sure she explained the process so I understood every step. Everything was handled excellently and with no hassle. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough.

Great Claims Management Company
My son had a simple no-fault claim (the other student party drove into his parked car at college and accepted fault straight away). Sonos referred us to ALS and the claim was quickly put into motion. I like the fact that most information could be done by email and not bombarded by calls during work. They quickly sorted out car hire (Enterprise, were great) and assigned an vehicle inspector quickly. After agreeing payout, payment was quickly sent and hire car returned with no issues. Great company and easy to use.
