Quite disappointed by my experience
Quite disappointed by my experience with canadiansim.
I ordered a 70Gb for 30 days in Canada but I did not received any QR code to activate my plan 24 hours before. Nothing in Spam, nothing attached to automatic emails.
I had to request the QR code to the support by Chat before travelling to Canada but it was during the week-end so no response. Hence I had to buy another 3 euros 1Gb plan elsewhere and wait for open hours on Monday to painfully get the CanadianSIM QR code displayed in chat messages. Visibly QR code mails from Free are blocked. Except for that painfull activation, the network was good all along my Ontario/Quebec travel.

A confirmation email was sent when the order was processed however the email bounced back. We did not have any phone number to connect with you and unfortunately had to wait for you to connect with our support after which we were able to send the QR code to the correct email.

What a pain.
Steer clear of this company, when speaking to them, I was under the impression I was getting a temporary eSIM for my travels, but what they actually did was signed me up to one of Canada‘s main providers, which is a huge hassle to quit, and once I did quit, I was still sent an additional bill for $5.02 For contacting their support team to close the account which I was not able to do through their app. They did not bother to explain any of this when I signed up. They also did not explain how to cancel or close this account.
