Toothbrush arrived promptly

Toothbrush arrived promptly. Smooth transaction, item as described.
As for the toothbrush itself, am giving it ⅘ stars as the jury is still out as to whether I like using it and it does what it says - let's see what the dentist says during my next appointment.

A deeply disappointing experience with…

A deeply disappointing experience with Buy Me Once.
I placed an order on 12 August, with the website clearly stating Free Standard Shipping (3–5 days). Based on that, I expected delivery by around 17–18 August. However, by 18 September—over a month later—I had received nothing and heard nothing. No updates, no communication.
I had to chase Buy Me Once myself, only to be told the item wouldn’t be available until mid-October. This was not communicated to me at any point—I only found out because I followed up multiple times.
To make matters worse, their reply included a chain of internal emails (presumably sent by mistake), which clearly showed that the delay was not due to a stock issue, as they had claimed. It was actually a system error that they failed to act on for weeks. The emails even showed that the supplier (Piglet in Bed) contacted them on 13 August—and had to chase them for a response.
The level of disorganisation and lack of transparency is unacceptable. There was no apology, no explanation, no goodwill gesture—just silence and poor communication.
I also strongly urge Buy Me Once to update their website to reflect accurate stock levels. Selling products that aren’t available—and failing to inform the customer—is misleading and deeply frustrating.
This experience has completely undermined my trust in the brand. I’ve previously supported Buy Me Once for their values, but this experience has shown a serious gap between the brand image and actual service.

50% success rate

My first order with Buy Me Once was shipped next day and delivered with no problems.
My second order was shipped next day and then... nothing. Almost two weeks later the order has not arrived, tracking details are not recognised by the courier, and email & webchat enquiries have gone unanswered. As a previous reviewer has said recently, at this point I see no other option than to request a chargeback through my credit card.

I've been trying to contact my customer service assistant today with no success and I'm beginning to worry that she's fallen ill! UPDATE:

My customer service assistant had lost power due to a hurricane where she lived. She hadn't been able to inform us.

DHL had mislaid the order, but the brand is now sending out a replacement as a priority delivery. We will also offer a discount off any future purchase by way of an apology for any inconvenience.

UPDATE -

I have now had contact from buy me once - they have chased up their supplier and have asked for a Saturday delivery. Now contact has been made, the service has been excellent

I’m starting to wonder if this is a legit company. Ordered a pan a week ago and it’s not been dispatched. Emailed, webchat and FB messenger over a few days and no reply. Think I’m going to have to do a credit card charge back if I don’t hear back in a few days

They do the research so you don't have to!

We needed to get some new pans after switching from a gas to an induction hob. We really appreciated having a small curated range specifically selected for quality and longevity to choose from on the website, rather than having to do the research ourselves. We've been really pleased with the pans so far. Thanks buymeonce!

Unexpectedly disappointing

The customer service people are very pleasant, but I've not received either of the items ordered 25 days ago. One had been discontinued by the manufacturer; the other is - I don't know where.
Disappointed.
