Quick delivery, great product

This company hasn’t always been a one star for me but I feel they have really let the side down of late. First of all I bought a VERY expensive chopping board that split through careful use and today I took delivery of a new oven dish and there are three obvious signs of damage on it. I’m surprised it wasn’t noticed to be honest.

I hope the pan I’m still waiting on is okay. I would still like to support this company as I share their values but I’m disappointed.

I ordered a baking tray from Buy Me Once three weeks ago, with delivery expected within 2-3 days. It has still not been delivered. I have received only two emails in response to my queries on this, asking me to be patient. When I requested a refund I was ignored. It is now 9 days since they responded to any email. I strongly recommend you don't order from this company.

The product was excellent, as described and came in a very useful cotton bag.

Travel mug arrived on time and as described. Looks very good quality

Appears a scam. Ordered sone Denby dishes on 2nd Jan 2026 and they still l haven’t arrived despite trying to contact them for advice/refund. Web site tracking stated order unfulfilled so would expect it cancelled and refunded but heard nothing back at all.

Love the products, replaced all my rubbish baking sheets. Great products.

Products great, service not so great. I and my family have made 2 orders in the last 2 months and they were both plagued with chaotic delivery and poor communication.

It's sad because I have been a long-standing repeat customer and had frequently recommended Buy Me Once to friends and family over the last few years. So I'm feeling pretty disappointed by the recent decline in quality of service, which a friend of mine has also experienced. I'm afraid I'm not nearly as likely to recommend the company any more. Hoping it's a blip and you're able to turn it around.

Cooks water well. Robust and does all a kettle does. However it is looking like it will do what it should last for a long time. Best kettle I have ever had also the most expensive by 5 times. But it doesn’t taste of plastic and looks ok so ask me again in ten years hopefully we will both still be working 🤞

I'd been looking for a food processer that wouldn't break down after a few months and found one assessed by Buy Me Once. Very speedy service and lovely solid product that has so far lasted really well.

Great products that genuinely last.

This is a great shop as everything they sell lasts for ever, hence the title “Buy Me Once”
I wish they would sell more British made products.

Toothbrush arrived promptly. Smooth transaction, item as described.
As for the toothbrush itself, am giving it ⅘ stars as the jury is still out as to whether I like using it and it does what it says - let's see what the dentist says during my next appointment.

Great website, curated selection of products and fulfilment. They also stand by their products with after sales care, e.g. replacing faulty parts, etc.
