Easy booking process, no surprises on price, fast service, thank you :)

I had a genuine mistake during booking where I booked a flight with a layover in London due to which I wanted to change the flight to one with a layover in Paris. I would have gladly paid any price difference in tickets with any necessary service fees.
I contacted their "customer service" with the inquiry and received no answer for hours while having the messeage that there are over 30 people in the queue.
I had to log out after a few hours and when I checked later it was as if I had not contacted them at all, my sent message was deleted.
Horrible company, I will never use their "services" again.

I am writing a letter to get help in solving a problem with baggage, but I did not receive any response. I do not recommend this company. They took money for the baggage, but it is not on the ticket.

Subject: Request for Compensation / Goodwill Assistance Regarding Visa Requirement Issue

Dear BudgetAir Customer Service,

I am writing regarding my recent booking made through your platform after finding the itinerary via Skyscanner.

I understand that it is ultimately the passenger’s responsibility to verify visa and entry requirements before travel. I acknowledge that I should have reviewed the itinerary more carefully before completing my booking.

However, I would like to raise a concern about how the itinerary was presented during the booking process. In my experience over many years of booking flights through comparison websites, the displayed routing and stop information has consistently matched the transit requirements, and booking systems often provide clear warnings when a passenger may require a visa for a stopover country.

In this case, I was not clearly alerted that the itinerary involved entering a country for which I, as a citizen of Azerbaijan, require a visa rather than simply transiting. Had this been made clear during the booking process, I would not have purchased this ticket.

When I contacted customer service regarding a correction, I was informed that changing the ticket would cost approximately €600, which is a very significant amount for me. I am currently an MBA student and work hard to support my studies and living expenses. This unexpected cost creates a serious financial burden.

While I understand the applicable fare rules, I kindly request that BudgetAir review my case and consider offering goodwill assistance, such as:

* A waiver or reduction of the change fee;
* Travel credit for future bookings;
* A partial refund; or
* Any other form of reasonable compensation.

I would greatly appreciate a review of my situation and any assistance you may be able to provide.

I booked for myself and my children but when I tried to check in online my kids were not found on the booking code

Very disappointing customer service experience with BudgetAir.

Our sports organization requested a simple accounting invoice for a flight booking so we could comply with our yearly tax and financial reporting obligations. We clearly explained multiple times that the automatically generated “payment overview” was not sufficient because it was issued to a private individual instead of our club.

Despite detailed explanations, we repeatedly received identical copy-paste responses that completely ignored the actual issue. We were not asking for anything unusual — not even a VAT invoice — just any official accounting document containing our organization’s information.

Instead of trying to help or escalate the matter to accounting, BudgetAir continued sending generic template emails, leaving us in a difficult legal and administrative position.

As a customer, being ignored like this is unacceptable. Good customer service means actually reading and addressing a customer’s problem, not endlessly repeating automated responses.

I sincerely hope BudgetAir improves its support process, especially for organizations and business customers who require proper accounting documentation.

It's not the first time I use budget air service. I recommend it because unlike others it's honest and there is no hidden costs.

No checkin was done on my behalf. Because of you I paid 50 euro to the airline. Check in is the responsibility of the airline. Very bad experience. I will never use it again. Notts recommend. When I ask for the refund because of the website mistake they said it's your responsibility to do the check in

Second time buying tickets from this company. It’s so easy to fill out all the information, and of course it’s really convenient to pay using Google Pay or Apple Pay! Definitely recommend it!
