luggage information was wrong and misleading. I paid extra to have registered luggage but at the end it is only for one of the trips. And I did pay attention, nowhere it was specifying it was applying only to one flight! Now I will have to pay extra to have luggage on the second flight.

Eine korrekte Namensschreibweise auf dem Ticket ist für eine reibungslose Reise wichtig. Im System ist bisher keine entsprechende Anfrage zur Namensänderung in Burján Lászlóné eingegangen, weshalb das Ticket noch unverändert ist. Die Korrektur wird gerne in die Wege geleitet, sobald die erforderlichen Daten vorliegen.
Eine E-Mail ist bereits unterwegs, um die Kopie des Reisepasses sicher anzufordern, damit die Anpassung des Namens schnellstmöglich geprüft und durchgeführt werden kann.

Locating the booking reference number is essential for a smooth journey, especially for a night flight. The reservation details show that the airline reference code is included on the issued eectronic tickets.
To ensure total availability, customer service support operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via chat, phone, and email. However, no incoming contact was registered from this account during the night.
An email is being sent right away containing a screenshot that clearly shows where to find the booking reference on the travel documents to make managing the flight easier.

When selecting the flight and baggage, I chose 2 checked in bags both routes. After I paid BudgetAir sent me an e-ticket with only 1 checked in bag on the return flight!
And of course they charge you 60€ for a refund.. Outrageous!!

Please provide all the information needed. I've looked many times at the luggage and the only thing I saw were the dimension which were 40x30x20. But I found nowhere about the weight, how many kg. Because they weight my luggage and I have to pay extra money. Please make the modification on your website. Be correct. Tomorrow I will verify to see if you have made the modification. Everything else was good but not the luggage.

No help from customer service
I had a genuine mistake during booking where I booked a flight with a layover in London due to which I wanted to change the flight to one with a layover in Paris. I would have gladly paid any price difference in tickets with any necessary service fees.
I contacted their "customer service" with the inquiry and received no answer for hours while having the messeage that there are over 30 people in the queue.
I had to log out after a few hours and when I checked later it was as if I had not contacted them at all, my sent message was deleted.
Horrible company, I will never use their "services" again.
