Panels are great and customer service…
Panels are great and customer service was good bar the 1 short of delivery but that is being rectified and will receive the 1 short next week.
Watch out for the scam that is on Google advertising to be British Homes Direct it is a mobile number do not call it I had them call me back and had all my details order number, last 4 digits of bank card, Name & Address wanted me to get a refund when my original delivery was delayed and asked me to download an app called LEMFI which I didn’t do but these are scammers and British Homes Direct need to pay more for security as I’m not happy with scammers now having my details!!!

Dar Grey Slat Panles.
Just had 12 240x60 dark grey slat panels delivered, nicely packaged in 4’s. Friendly driver but the packages are heavy so had to help him carry them into the house. Thankfully he could park right outside our front door, so easy access. Also I’m a reasonably fit guy so wasn’t a problem. They probably should have asked before hand that the delivery driver may need a hand 🤚. Oh, great product BTW and got a text message 30 mins before delivery. Will be ordering again in the near future. 😎

Stylish and affordable
I’ve ordered 3 of these panels now and they look fantastic. The last one I ordered was damaged by the delivery company but British Homes Direct swiftly organised a replacement which arrived a few days later.

This company are so very helpful I ordered on line but changed my mind on the colour of oak. We visited the warehouse lady was very helpful and also my emails were dealt with promptly. The service was excellent. Great value and quality product. ( not done job yet ). And to add the delivery men was pleasant and carried them to where I wanted them.
