A happy customer, in the end!
Overall great price for the products and straight forward delivery. Unfortunately, the first order wasn’t reflective of the colours shown on the website which resulted in a £39.99 exchange fee, which I paid but it took a while to get a response and had to reach out via Facebook. Additionally, I had to chase for an update on delivery for the exchange, which clearly had not been added to any workflow. Today, I have received delivery and despite being unable to move the delivery from my front garden, the panels appear to be the perfect colour. I’d also say be warned about the number of marketing emails you’ll receive despite placing an order!

Friday. Unfortunately i was out and I missed 3 phone calls from the delivery driver, which, hold my hands up is on me. However, the driver asked me to send him a message to say that it was ok for the delivery to be moved to Saturday, Sunday or Monday and it was ok to leave it in a safe place. This is what I did. No delivery Saturday or Sunday, then an email Monday to say that the goods will be delivered in 2 weeks time. I had already waited 10 days. I emailed back to say the above and I needed it sooner. But no help whatsoever. Order now cancelled and I have gone elsewhere.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience; however, we do feel it's important to clarify the circumstances.
Our website clearly states that our standard delivery timeframe is **7–10 working days**, and your order was processed within those published timescales. When our driver attempted delivery, **three phone calls were made**, but unfortunately there was no response, so the delivery could not be completed.
While we appreciate that you later contacted the driver, we cannot guarantee redelivery on the following day or over the weekend, as delivery routes are pre-planned and subject to availability. Once a delivery attempt is missed, the order has to be rescheduled into the next available delivery route.
We understand this was frustrating, but the review does not fully reflect what happened or the delivery terms that were agreed to at the time of purchase.
If you would like to discuss your experience further, our customer service team would be happy to review your case with you.

2.8m panels look good
2.8m panels look good. Price was very fair and delivery was on time.
I did ask for a call an hour away from delivery but that didn’t happen but driver was courteous.
