Great product (composite panels). Quick delivery. This would have been a 5* review, but some of the items were missing, HOWEVER, upon notification they instantly arranged for the missing pieces to be delivered. So they get 4*, good customer service and product.

Fabulous company to deal with but k just want to say the driver that delivered my order was a such a lover y gentleman helped me put in garage and open and lock garage very very nice man credit where credit is due and very polite wish all delivery drivers where like him 😊

7 weeks of hell and counting ……..
I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent order.
We started our project over seven weeks ago, at the beginning of the World Cup, and we are still waiting for a refund for broken products that do not work. While the panels themselves are of good quality, the delivery and customer service have been completely unacceptable.

Wasn't holy certain of the colour we ordered as some of the pictures seemed confusing. Ordering was easy and straight forward. Delivery was exceptional, we knew exactly where we were in the delivery schedule and were able to plan accordingly. Driver was very helpful and professional. Not yet laid the decking but the quality looks great.
