You've somehow taken £38.95 out of my account. I don't know who you are or what you do but it is an unauthorised transaction. Action is now in progress. I want my £38.95 returned! There is no reference on my Bank Account to say what this is for. I have sent an email too.
My Bank has refunded the fraudulent transaction amount by this company.

I am writing to address the unauthorized subscription charge of £38.95 made by Brainstove.com on my account on 22nd June. I downloaded what I believed to be a free game from your website, but I have not agreed to or authorized any subscription.

This charge violates consumer protection laws, including misrepresentation, unfair business practices, and breach of contract. The lack of proper disclosure and consent renders the subscription null and void. I have not received any communication or notification about this charge or the associated subscription.

I demand the immediate termination of my subscription with Brainstove.com and a full refund of the charged amount. The refund should be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method used.

Failure to comply with this request may result in legal action, including filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies.

I expect a prompt response within 7 business days. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate this matter further.

Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Return my money ! on a false promotion, a subscription to your site was made! but when it is used, that fraudulently began to withdraw money from my account! I canceled your service the same day! But today the money was withdrawn from my account again! This is a fraud ! please return the money!

no one answers me from this company! I sent a letter to their support service on the site and in the chat on whatsapp! I sent all the screenshots (about the timely unsubscribe and the withdrawal of money from my account)! but there is no answer .... I am completely at a loss .....

This is a terrible experience. I paid post and packaging for a product and Brianstove dishonestly signed me on for a gaming service and charged me 3 times at £38.95 each time. I have never been on their site, and never wanted this service. After I was charged all this money, I "cancelled" the subscription I allegedly signed up for and have not been refunded money... money I did not agree to hand over in the first place. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This company are nothing short of thieves. I cancelled my subscription within the 3 day trial period.
However on the 3rd day the took the unauthorised amount of £38.95 from my account.
When I queried this they denied that I had cancelled in time and refused to refund the amount stolen from my account. I spoke to bank and instructed them not to pay any further monies to Brainstove.com
Please Please Please don’t have any dealings with this bunch of thieves.

I stupidly signed up for an offer thinking it was linked to B and Q. It was actually Brainstove fraudulently taking money from my account.
I don't expect to see the payment again. 3 days after reporting the issue to my bank and cancelling my card Brainstove attempted to take a further £38.95.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I enjoy these games a lot! I play it on the phone and pc, and my progress is stored - so it's extremely convenient. Also a good range of classic and new games.

Cancel my subscription right now before I contact the police!!!!!!! The cheek of y’all

Do not do business with this company and regret it. You will not get your money back. 1 month subscription costs Euro 38,95 and I still do not know exactly, what it is they’re selling.
I blocked my credit card and just as well. Even after I cancelled my subscription and blocked my credit card, they are trying to keep it open.

Great selection of games, works well on PC and my phone. I especially enjoy puzzles. They have educational games i.e. "learn german"

Please stay away from this company. An offer that involves you unknowingly creating a subscription for a service you never requested. Trying to unsubscribe on their website is convoluted. Thankfully my bank spotted the transaction, treated it as suspicious and blocked it. However my credit card is still restricted. Fraud, fraud, fraud. Brainstove have asked for more information. The lure was an iPhone and I was asked to pay postage so I gave my credit card details - they were to process €1. Then I was asked a second time for the same details. I was put on alert so tried with my bank to stop the transaction. My account now has a charge for €38.95 subscription that I DID NOT consciously authorise. I do not know if I can get the money back but I did not ask for nor would I have agreed to any subscription. So be careful with this company.
Brainstove have suggested to Trustpilot that it was another website and not theirs. They have refunded the payment. I was not on their website on the 28/04/2023 when I "subscribed" That day the only website I was on was getluckyprize.com - I gave them my credit card details 16:10 and at 16:56 I was informed by Brainstove that I had subscribed (email went to Spam, I did not see it). Is it a coincidence that the two transactions are so close? If I may reiterate - I have never, ever gone onto Brainstove website. Their latest response is a typical hit the man not the issue. I am now taking this to the trading standards and data commissioner in Cyprus. As a part of the EU they have to have to meet EU consumer standards.

They mistakenly charged me 2 1€ payments and when I emailed them about cancelling the subscription, they returned my 2€ back so they are cool :)

This company is a scam business.. do not give them your card details. I used a single use card so they could not scam me, but they are scammers and are not legit at all.. Steer clear of this dodgy company
