Scammers!

Scammers!! .. I was actually forwarded from an fake promotion Email from ÖAMTC then somehow to their website. I didn't check the website address throughly as I was in a hurry on my phone. They booked first 1 € from my credit card for bullshit offer then 3 days later they booked again €38,95 for a fake subscription where I don't even have an account. I emailed them and they said we cannot refund you. Such lame scammers. You are even so lame trying to delete the negative reviews. I already forwarded this case to the authorities. How can this shady acts be allowed in the EU but hey the scammer is located in Cyprus.

I have never heard of brainstove and…

I have never heard of brainstove and now suddenly I check my bank account because I was in the supermarket and didn’t have enough money, which is weird, and I see that brainstove has taken 23$ from my account and I don’t know how or why!! Please I need some answers and stop taking money from me!!

Lads who is brainstove. 3 times they tried to scam me out of €38.00 I have them blocked 🚫. Who are they and what do they do and how did they get my bank details. I can not find a phone number. There chat is a robot. Then they ask you to fill out a form to put your bank details in . Are they mad . Who do I go to . I want to report them . If there doing it to me how many other people are they scamming

Horrible website

Horrible website! Got charged $65 for this subscription that I never even signed up for! I thought I only had to pay $1 for my delivery delay but then it went up to $65 I contacted them and I better get my money back asap this is just ridiculous.

Absolutely disgraceful. Woke this morning to find funds have been taken from my account without authorisation. I've never heard of Brainstove and will certainly be following this up with my bank and any other company/organisation required to report this fraudulent activity

Brainstove SCAMERS COMPANY unauthorized payment …

I recently discovered an unauthorized charges of 38,95 euros from this Brainstove on my account. I have never heard of them, subscribed to any of their services, or linked my card to anything related to them. It’s alarming!!! how they accessed my card details. This seems to be a recurring issue affecting many, and it feels like no action is being taken against this fraudulent activity. Brainstove should be investigated for these suspicious practices and stealing people money!!!!! What a shit show this fraudulent company is!

Scam

Scammed me into setting up an account after clicking a link I shouldn’t have, took £1 and while I was waiting to dispute it with the bank (the payment needed to be confirmed rather than pending) they took another £38.95. Have emailed demanding a refund but like others have said I’m sure I won’t get it. Scam.

We can assure you that we did not scam you, you cannot get subscribed just by clicking the link. To subscribe to our service you need to provide the details and agree to several checkmarks, and only after that you are asked to confirm the pre-authorization charge. As a card owner, you can decline it and the subscription will not start. But if you confirm it the subscription will get activated and you will receive a welcome email confirming the subscription. Yet, if something went wrong and the subscription was not something you wanted you have time to cancel it within 3 free days.

I cancelled my subscription in September , I got an email confirming the cancellation but they still tried to take out 2 separate payments from my bank account today 12/10/24 . The full charge cannot be on the same date as the 1 euro pre-authorisation. When you approve the 1 euro pre-authorization, the subscription is activated. You are provided 3 days to use the service for free. Only after 3 days from the subscription start can you be charged the monthly payment if the subscription is not canceled.
The charge every 2-3 hours is not possible.
