Nia Joseph is the agent I have been dealing with. She has been my rock to book a flight for me. She is sooooo easy to talk to and has helped me to the end with this.

She is AMAZING

Nia provided excellent support throughout my experience. She demonstrated patience and kindness when I requested changes to my locations and dates, ensuring that everything was organized smoothly and efficiently. She went above and beyond to tailor the tickets to my budget and requirements. I highly recommend working with her, as she consistently maintained a cooperative and helpful attitude, making the entire process stress-free.

I got clear and precise instructions and information from Ryan (the Tour Operator), and was put at ease when worrying about scam bookings etc.

I have a lovely day throughout my trip in Jamaica, first the travel Agent Ryan is fabulous 👌 , he make sure he provided all the luxury we need for our trip to be successful and memorable. The hotel Breathless is lovely and there staff's are amazing 👏. Also I will not end my love with Jamaica without mentioning Grand Palladium palladium hotel 😀. This hotel is what you call home. Everything is splendid ✨️ . My trip and experience is commendable.

MR RYAN WADDEL WAS AN AMAZING HELP WHEN BOOKING MY FLIGHT, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COMPASINATE WHEN DEALING WITH MY CASE, HE EVEN HELP ME GET A COMPELMENTRY 4 STAR HOTEL FOR MY STOP OVER IN NEW YORK TRAVELING TO JAMAICA. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

We just came back from our vacation it was a lovely holiday. We booked this trip with book2travel for the first time. Our experience with this travel agent was excellent as Ryan was dealing with our package. He was always willing to help us throughout the process ensuring that everything is ok. We got a very good deal with them compared to others in our team who booked from other travel agencies. The beautiful thing with this booking the last week before we travel Ryan upgraded our room and we were treated as a VIP guest in the hotel with a butler at our service. We had a fantastic time in Montego bay. I will definitely recommend this agency 100% to travellers and Ryan is the best. They are always ready to answer calls at anytime.

Ryan was so helpful, I’d been looking for the right flights for days.
In no time at all with no rush and being honest and thorough he had it all sorted and set to go.
I highly recommend.
Regards Paul

I would like to commend Olivia from the customer service team for her excellent support during my recent ticket booking experience. I was purchasing tickets to Pakistan for my family, and Olivia went above and beyond to find the best deal that met both my budget and specific requirements. She was highly responsive and supportive throughout the entire process, from the initial search for suitable options to the final issuance of the tickets. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Excellent service by Mr.Steve

I’ve had a great experience with Book2travel. After we made our initial deposit my daughter decided to read the reviews and for her the bad reviews made her think that the company was a scam. after going backwards and forwards communicating on WhatsApp Steve and Ryan reassured us that everything was legit. I’m very pleased to say that yes everything was fine . We have got our E tickets with no problems. I’d like to say thank you very much to Steve and Ryan.
Will definitely use them again.
