I purchased 2 tickets for my family members travelling to the UK from Mac Smith. Mac Smith was serving me was very helpful and fulfilled all my requirements Great communication and a commitment to keeping promises whilst remaining very understanding of my circumstances. He was excellent - he gave me Friendly advice - provided competitive pricing. Will surely recommend, can't thank him enough. I will praise the rest after the flight arrives😄

I booked my flight this travel agent but made my payment late and didn't inform anyone that the payment had been made. By the time I realised I didn't have a flight booked the fares had increased. The manager Ryan, went over and above to ensure I was on a flight that still met my needs at no additional cost. He also gave me a £50 voucher to go towards my next long haul flight due to some miscommunication. (I wasn't listening).

After having Doha flight cancelled, I spoke to Ryan Waddel. What a miracle worker!! Despite all the seats on other flights being booked and time running out he was able to book 2 seats for my brother and I. He is the definition of top level customer service. From start to finish he made sure all our needs were met and ensured we were given the best alternative solution out of an unfortunate situation.
