Horrific!!!!!

They promised me a flight time which they couldn’t deliver. They then tried to charge me £700 more to get the time I originally booked.
Ended up paying a fortune when I wish I went with a different agency!

Eric Baker was polite and curteous. H pprovied me with the information I need to book an extended holiday and the best way to arrange my return flight.

Alan Smith was my agent , he took me through the booking process and explained everything and updating me about everything , definately recomend him

Received a call back from Alan, much to my surprise, but amazingly he sorted out my itinerary to fly back to SA 10/10 thank you Alan.
