Deceiving business practices, the company enrolls the customer in their membership rewards program and this is not even something I signed up for when I purchased 1 product from them- a cheap hair brush now has cost me more than $200 USD.

Ordered an item which has never shown up and came on here to read the reviews. Have also recieved an email, notifying me about a membership that I was not aware I had signed up to. Emailed the address supplied to cancel and it bounced.

I’m very angry and wish I would have seen these reviews before hand I have emailed them today and have made my bank aware and hopefully get my money back .

Discovered later there is a box you have to untick or they set up standing order and not sure what for!
They should not be allowed to do this

This Company is Terrible.

A product we ordered in early December for Christmas present was not shipped until December 19 with no response to inquires as to where my order was.
When received, the product looked like it had been repackaged and was without instructions.
They also signed me up for a monthly membership that I was not aware of and charged me $39.99 Jan 3.
When I requested a return, they offered 20% refund if we kept the product.
I then agreed to the 20% refund if they cancelled the membership and refunded the $39.99 as well.
I have not heard from them in several weeks and I was just charged another month membership of $39.99!

Still waiting for refund .Numerous emails and no telephone number to speak to anyone .Joke and a con sitewhich I am finding out when it's to late.

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago but received no order confirmation or tracking information. The payment was taken from my account though, so I contacted customer services and received no response. I then looked on Trustpilot and saw all these terrible reviews with the same story. I’m anticipating the ‘subscription’ fee will go out of my account soon so I have raised a dispute with my bank.

I ordered some gloves. Took two weeks to get them. I ordered a M and L. I got two mediums. I’ve sent three emails asking how to exchange or return them and have yet to get a response.

Should have read the reviews earlier, same thing happened to me saved my card info and deducted $39.99 monthly. DO NOT purchase from this scam website!

They are a scam. Wish I have checked trustpilot before. I bought a neck massager as a gift and the person was too shy to tell me initially the box came empty. I have just found out they were charging me £39,00 regarding a "subscription" I've never done for the second month. They don't have phone number, just an email address which they don't respond.

Totally waste of money

Similar to all of the other reviews on here. Brought a product which I actually cancelled the order and was refunded. £39.99 going out of the bank monthly for some subscription they add on for you, that of course you don’t notice. The email to cancel the subscription does not exist.
So unethical

Total scam company. Charged me $39.99 month membership with no warning. Contacting the BBB to report these fraudsters.

Worst company I’ve even used. Please don’t ever buy from these people they will take your money and give you nothing!!!

They are a company with fraudulent activities . They started charging me a monthly membership of $39.99, when I had not signed up for anything. The original item was also extremely late, it was a Christmas present, would not take a cancellation for delay in shipping before it was shipped, or a return, no phone number to contact, only emails that they do not respond to! Can't dispute becasue they shipped the item!!

SCAM - they automatically sign you to pay $39.99 a month for a rewards program when you buy anything.

Disappointing Experience with BioVitta Wellness

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with BioVitta Wellness. I recently received an order from them, but unfortunately, it included a subscription that I did NOT sign up for. To make matters worse, the website did not clearly indicate that I was committing to a subscription.

When I tried to contact their customer support team to request a refund and cancel the subscription, my emails were completely ignored. It's been weeks, and I've yet to receive a response.

As a customer, it's frustrating to feel like my business is not valued, and my concerns are being ignored. I would caution others to be aware of their subscription policies and to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase.

Until BioVitta Wellness improves their customer service and transparency, I would not recommend them to anyone.

I hope the company will take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve their customer service and subscription policies.

Same with me, as soon as I realised I emailed them. Spam
