I bought the chin slimming strap and it came and it was nothing like advertised on the website, it was a cheap replicate from china! It was also broken! They do not reply to emails so you can not send items back and there is a hidden membership fee of £39.99 a month, which is taken out your bank automatically every month just because u purchased an item, beware they are scammers, they have tried to dispute the refund with my bank telling them I agreed to the membership when I didn’t and it is all legal as it’s on their terms and conditions (the bit no one reads) so they are legally allowed to take the money even tho we didn’t agree to it ! There is also no way to cancel it as the email address provided isn’t valid so emails bounce back! Disgusting!

Scam. They are predators sneaking in 39 dollar subscriptions. I bought 1 pillow. At check out they must have snuck a check box for some BS subscription. PREDATORS.

I bought smart ring for Christmas but never received. Sent many emails to customer service but was ignored. Got my money back through my bank. After one month they took money from my account through the same card I paid for ring. Only get to know after 2nd month when my bank blocked for me to authorise payment. I stopped but did not know they already took money month before. I am raised complaint to fraud investigation police department. Please please do not trust this company they are scams.

Poor quality product and they the sent wrong size but do not answer emails to correct the order. Plus they took a £39.99 charge without me knowing I had authorised it.

! 1 star is one too many. Be warned ! I bought a 'so called ' shoulder brace with this firm.

Takes weeks to receive order. Then about a month later, they hit you with a $40 "membership fee" without authorization!

They are a scam company, taking £40 out of my account every month since I purchased their shit pair of gloves. They are not responding to emails or calls. The police need to shut them down.

We ordered a grounding sheet. I can't say we have noticed any results, but who knows.
My complaint is the hidden "subscription" fee that they have charged me. $42.93 a month. For what I asked? Free shipping on all orders and the first to know about new products. Wow! What a scam!

After a one time purchase, this company took my card details and signed me up for a monthly subscription to a health club of some sort. Beware.

Never received my item but was charged and when you call they hang up or tell you they’re computer is slow blah blah blah

They got me too. Bought some gloves for £30. So far they have taken £120 from my bank account. Their support email doesn’t exist. They are legally covered because it is in the small print of their T&Cs that they will take a regular payment unless you cancel using their non-existent email address. It’s a scam.

Is it the Biovitta company or ShopPay that is criminal? I’m not sure. Sneakily signing me up for a repeating charge of $39.99 every month. The product I received from them took a month to arrive, and was nothing special, but I kept it because they wouldn’t send me a return label or wouldn’t answer my return request email. (It was then that I noticed a $39.99 repeating charge on my credit card!). I called and they will not refund anything, stating that I signed up for their service. Ridiculous!

As per previous reviews - they add a subscription on at the checkout and badge it as Free so you don't take much notice until £39.99 is debited from your account the next again month. So annoying. Having to contact bank, but they can't do anything until the pending payment goes through.

I ordered the mini shaver. Received it after approximately 1 month. It was fine, nothing great. The company automatically signed me up for a membership (which I did not consent to) and charged my credit card $39.99 for subsequent months. BEWARE!!!!

This is a scam company! They've been charging me £39.99 for a "subscription" after I bought a travel pillow from them. Avoid at all costs. My bank is trying to get my money back.

Stupidly bought a pair of gloves from them. After a month they arrived with a hole in them. It's taken 3 weeks of emailing to get an answer, but I'm not holding my breath to get my money back. They have now also tried taking £39.99 from my account.
Be warned folks.

Scam company, placed my order but I never received my package. They deducted the money immediately and send a fake order number. Even the tracking number they send doesn’t exist. The customer care email address also fake. Be aware of this scammer.

Similar to the others on here, I purchased an item from them and a month later they have taken money out of my account again. It seems they have automatically signed me up to a membership that I did not consent to. This is unethical and fraudulent business practice and I suspect the business is a scam operation. Their email address is fake and leads to nowhere. I have been forced to contact my bank to return the money and in the meantime I have asked for a new card in case they try to take any more money from me. 100% avoid. These people are a disgrace making a living from ripping people off. They should be ashamed of themselves. Scumbags!

I Recieved an email after placing the order with these scammers asking me to complete the order. I checked my bank to see payment had been taken. I then contacted them by Facebook as item didn't turn-up, they sent an automatic response asking me to contact an email address that doesn't exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THEN. I've reported to Facebook and will continue to report to anyone who xan get their site down.
