This is a scam company. I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before pressing the order button. Their email address doesn’t work and, as many others have said, they immediately set up a £39.99 a month subscription that you haven’t signed up for. I’ve just had to cancel my credit card off the back of interacting with them. In 30 days time I’ll be disputing my original payment and getting that back too. Avoid like the plague.

You buy a product and they sign you up to a subscription of £39.99 a month! Complete scam.

Do NOT order from this company!!!!!! I can't stress this enough. If you've taken the time to look up reviews, take the time to look elsewhere. They will charge you for the item you order, (of course) but they also sign you up for some additional service they are affiliated with without your knowledge and charge your card $37. until you catch on by looking at your bank statement. By then it's too late. They will not refund any charges made against your account.!!!!

Similar experience to others. Bought a pair of gloves in good faith. Received message that I have signed up to monthly subscription. Waiting for transaction to go through before I can stop further payments. Rang bank who advised to use function on app to stop further payments. Smells like a scam. 😡

My husband ordered a heated blanket months ago and not only have we not received the blanket, they have not responded to our numerous emails and they have not refunded the amount. This place is a scam. Very upsetting. Legal action should be taken place considering people’s similar experiences…

Bought my mum some articguard gloves she'd seen online, randomly £39.99 taken from my account a month later and apparently I've signed up to something without absolutely any knowledge or agreement. I'm currently trying to sort it out with the bank and I've emailed the company but the email comes straight back with not known. Really upset and angry.

Complete scam signing you up for an automatic subscription. I found this out immediately and attempted to contact support. No answers, I did eventually get the product I ordered. However, I tried to cancel the subscription immediately, as in the day of purchase. They still charged me 39.99 even though I sent screen shots and evidence of attempting to cancel. I immediately contacted my credit card, but they couldn't do anything until the charge completed. Still in dispute with them. I am trying to leave a review everywhere I see their products.

DO NOT BE PERSUADED TO PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY THESE PEOPLE. AS WELL AS RECEIVING AN ORDER WORTH PENCE AND COSTING POUNDS THEY TRY AND SCAM A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, PLUS IT TAKES WEEKS TO ARRIVE FROM THE USA. HEED MY WARNING. DID NOT REALLY AGREE TO THE ONE STAR REVIEW, BETTER SCORE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO STARS AT ALL.

Very bad purchase experience with automatic subscription and hard to cancel it. Only way to cancel it immediately is going to their website to create account with your email address on previous purchase. Once created, you can cancel it on the website. (Thanks to someone’s suggestion on Trustpilot) The suggested email contact for subscription never worked.

Product was a piece of junk. Good marketing, crap product.

Had a pair of Arctic Gloves following me round on social media sites which I eventually took the plunge to purchase for £25. Delivery took a while but they got here eventually. Product is adequate for the price and I use them.

Completely surprised several weeks later to have £39.99 taken out of my bank account for Biovitta Wellness subscription. I did not choose for this subscription. I have no idea what it is for. I don’t even have a login for the Biovitta Wellness website.

Biovitta have not responded to my attempts to contact them.

Clearly a scam. They have some clever targeting tools using social media and then ripping people off. AVOID

I purchased a knee massager as a gift. This order was placed in December. After reaching out to the company several times I finally received a standard email. They provided what looks like a bogus tracking. Tracking is Biovita - not UPS, FedEx etc. Their tracker states oyr order was delivered on January 11th. This is not true. Nothing was delivered nor do we see a normal shipping company. There is no customer service number and email correspondence goes unanswered. I will report this company to the better business bureau and will call the bank to dispute.
Do not order. This site is a scam!

SCAM! The other reviews say it all. I have been also charged month later for subscription i never made, and of course they are not replying to my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY ! ! ! !

Attempt to take £39.99 was fortunately blocked by bank

If I could give less than a 1 rating I would. I ordered two pairs of gloves on 12/12. Tracking showed two shipments-one for gloves and one for a foot mask (which I did not order.) The gloves arrived 1/13 and I don't like them. I sent Biovitta several emails prior to delivery to correct the order-no response. Then I saw a charge of $39.99 on my credit card on 1/13/25. After reading other complaints it seems I was charged for a subscription which I did not authorize. Their phone number is also bogus. I contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge and block further transactions. I also emailed the fraud division of the FTC. This company is DEPLORABLE AND UNETHICAL. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!

SCAM - AVOID
Concur with the previous reviews, Scam no responses via email or telephone messages left. Item returned, delivered and no refund. A £39.99 charge taken a month later without warning or reason. This company should be shut down, we have informed trading standards.

Scam company! I bought some eye masks after doing a lot of reading on their website. The products arrived after spending £70. The product is cheap, nasty. I would not feel safe using it. It has no company branding or instructions on the box. Except Chinese instructions. They are now trying to take £39.99 from my account repeatedly. They have not responded to my complaints. This company needs to be closed down because it’s a trick. Using well being and people’s health conditions to make money with unethical products.

Please stay far far away from this company. I purchased a product. Never got a confirmation or tracking. They only have an email. Never replied back. And I supposedly signed up for membership.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I paid £79 for a pillow, expecting a premium product based on their claims of being a USA-based company. What I received was far from premium: the pillow arrived in a cheap plastic envelope, without any box, booklet, or proper packaging. To make matters worse, the packaging revealed it was shipped from China, despite their USA branding.

The worst part? I later discovered they were charging £39 monthly as part of a subscription I was never informed about or agreed to! This is outright fraudulent behavior. I could have purchased the exact same product for £15 directly from China.
I asked for a refund but haven’t received even any news from them after a month!
This company is nothing but a scam. It’s shocking that they’re still allowed to operate despite their shady practices. Avoid them and save your money!
