Trading standards need to look into this company and I will be following this up with them. They stole £39.99 from my account stating membership I never agreed to. They never sent me the item I had ordered and I did get a refund for that. However they have just taken £39.99 again months later without my permission. So here I go again. do not buy from here and do not give your card details. Everyone should report to trading standards in their area.

ordered an ionic footbath product and was very disappointed. It turned out to be fake and completely unusable. I asked for a refund, but unfortunately, the return shipping costs were extremely high since the return address was in the USA. I ended up wasting both time and money. Not recommended at all.

I ordered a neck massager from this company which I never received and without realizing it was enrolled in a “VIP Program” with a reoccurring charge of $43! If I could give a negative 10 rating I would. The only good thing was the polite and helpful representative who cancelled my “membership”.

Beware! These people are scammers. They sell defective neck massagers that never work and then will not honor their warranty. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing.

I ordered a mouthpiece/ snore prevention item and it didn't work for me. They claimed to have a Risk free guarantee. They did not honor this, just day's after trying it I attempted to get a refund and 3 months later I'm still working with my credit card company for a refund 👎

I wish I’d read the reviews on this company before I dealt with them. I bought a pair of gloves from them for £25. They did actually arrive but the zip fastening broke within 3 days. I could live with this but then, like other reviewers, I got stung with a £39.99 subscription fee that I definitely did not agree too. My bank have been really good in refunding this pending further investigations. Avoid at all costs!

The item ordered did arrive and was fine but it took a long time. An unexpected additional payment of £39.99 was deducted from my account the next month. 3 e-mails were unanswered and the phone number given was unobtainable. My bank was extremely helpful. They have refunded the amount and blocked any further payments to Biovittawellness. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest to say the least.

Do not order from this business! They stole 89.90 from me when I decided to cancel my order with them for a pillow. Had I not canceled, I probably would have never received it. When I reached out to the company, they told me multiple lies about when I would receive a refund and told me that I had already received it. Nope! I filed a complaint with BBB.

Ordered an item by mistake, so I cancelled it. They took the money but did return it before they sent the item. The email confirmation stated “membership cancelled”, which was confusing as I just wanted a neck pillow. They have taken 2 payments of £39.99 despite cancelling the membership. I will update the review depending on their response

Do not buy from this site. It is a big scam as other reviews mention. I bought a single item and was signed up to a subscription without my knowledge. The item took alot longer than stated on the website to arrive. I contacted the customer service team in December to cancel but have not had a response. In the meantime I have been charged £39.99 twice.

So I saw these reviews after I purchased an infinity Hulu hoop which was a piece of junk. I emailed the customer support and didn’t expect to hear back because of what people here said but they did answer me! Took about 3 days to get a reply. They offered me a refund of 30% to not return the item which I took otherwise the fees to ship back overseas would have been crazy high. However I read on here about the automatic subscription monthly fee and told them I wanted it cancelled immediately. They replied that it had been cancelled and I have it in writing. So I’m hoping I don’t see a monthly fee, otherwise I will fight it.

I wanted to share this review to say not to buy from this company because their products really are cheap and junk, but I also wanted people to know that it was possible to get in touch with them and get a response.
I also can confirm I did receive the 30% refund amount they said they would give me.

Submitted a return, shipped their item to Florida location, I have not getting anything back! It’s been since December 20th 2023! Also it automatically signed up their membership ( I got charged $39.99 ) if you are not pay attention! It is a big scam!

Basically, the product was rubbish, Chinese made crap!

Tried to contact them for a refund, no response. Tried the returns process…it doesn’t work, you can’t submit anything!

Frankly a con from end to end!

Then I found reviews indicating that they used your payment details to set up a subscription, that is, they take an amount from your account every month!

If you don’t spot it, it just continues & you lose! Only secure payment is Apple Pay because it is secured via apple servers & no details of your cards are passed to them, but it’s best to check with your bank.

BASICALLY, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES.

This company is a scam and should not be in business. What they advertise and what you get is not it. They know it and then try to offer discounts to keep and THEN tries to intimate you, bullying basically like it is not in the buyers best interest not to return. Also you have to reach out several times and of course they delay response so you will time out on return window. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I do not believe most of their great reviews are legit either. It's fraud really. BioVitta Wellness is a scam. Products do not do comply to what they claim it does period. Yet will come back at you to try and make you keep it. Terrible.

Update it gets better. I posted on Facebook as well and they removed my review of them. They think they are smarter than everyone. Consumers beware. The company is a scam and products are fraud.

I would give zero stars if there was a box for that. Avoid this company like the plague
Unbeknown to me I legitimately brought some gloves, which arrived but then they are taking money out of my account £39.99 every month, which they say is a monthly subscription to their wellness company

Yep definitely a scam paid 72 quid and not heard a thing, also emailed and heard nothing 😕

This company is a scam I bought Bio Vitta knee massager and after waiting two months it never came
and then they started to charge my credit card fraudulently a bogus charge monthly .

bioVitta wellness is a scam. BEWARE. If you order a product you are automatically signed up for $39.99 monthly “membership”. Now I’m trying to reach them to stop it. The address they list to stop the charges is coming back as undeliverable.
