Absolute scam, I wish I had found this trustpilot page before ordering!
The product you are sent does not match what is clearly seen in the adverts!

Again another rip off on Facebook, this type of thing is costing genuine sellers business, unlike these con artists who scam anyone, I hope they believe in god because if they do, they are going to get their asses burnt, what goes around, comes around
So sorry to genuine sellers on Facebook but I will never buy off Facebook again, I would have thought that they would have been monitored, sad very sad.

Do not buy from these people, they advertise something which is reasonable value then send something entirely different. I too like so many others ordered their spray sealant from the Facebook advert showing a spray can of around 300mm to 400mm, what I received were 3 plastic bottles each only 30ml containing a undescribed liquid without instructions.

This is definitely a scam type selling operation, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bought two small security cameras total cost forty six pounds recieved order straight from China both cameras do not work ,emailed company no reply no phone number ,bought from facebook ,why does face book allow these scammers to rip people off

Con merchants. Saw there advert for the spray sealant which I wanted for sealing gaps in the loft and it looked perfect so ordered 2 400ml cans for £14.95. Yes it says Biomall uk but it comes from China via Germany. What turned up was 2 30ml, very small pump bottles probably filled with water. The video which shows the sealant is probably genuine but has been hijacked by these rip off merchants. You can buy what came on Amazon for £3 called Jaysuing. Don't touch.

Like a fool, I saw the advert for Super Strong Leak Glue Stuff and my immediate thought was I need something for our Stable roof, saw the ad and thought that would be great. I didn't think to check reviews. I now see that I get a piddling little bottle of what is not advertised. I have tried to contact them but CHARLES keeps replying to me stating that my order is on the way. Cost me £16 ... found the same stuff on Amazon for £3 .. BUT .. I need the aerosol stuff I saw on the ad. My own fault but stupidly took it at face value ... I shouldn't really have to do a background check on every bloody thing I but, it appears I do.

Huge scam , not at all what is advertised on Facebook and their webpage . They have made a lot of money on this and from a lot of people .
Product arrived from Germany this morning and not from the us as on invoice .

Bought and had delivered BIOMALL 'Super Strong Bonding Waterproof Spray, advertised on Facebook, paid £16.99. Arrived no bigger than a 'Tippex ' Correction Fluid Bottle 75mm high 30mm diameter. BE WARNED SCAM, SCAM,SCAM !!!!!!!!!

Should be no stars - A right con and false advertisement. I thought this was a German company so did not look too much into it,l now I wish I had.

Unfortunately, I have fallen into the trap of ordering what I thought would be 3 cans of super bonding spray (false advertising on FB) only to receive 3 x 30ml tiny bottles of what I am assuming is water. If you read the small print - it says use sealant first!!!!!!

In my opinion most Chinese companies are to be avoided as I have yet to have a good online shopping experience.

The spray shown in the video clearly comes from a 'normal' sized, pressurised aerosol can. The item received is a very small 'pump' container. This is total misrepresentation and can only be described as a con. I paid for 2 of these sprays on 27th September and received the pumps on 20th October from China via Germany. Absolute con and I wish I had seen the previous reviews before I placed my order. Stay away from this product and the supplier.

It’s a scam, I wish I’d seen the other reviews before I paid £16.99 through PayPal. It’s disgusting that Facebook keep advertising this company and especially this magic solution to fix leaks! Mine hasn’t even turned up and they ignore all my emails!
I am so angry and pretty helpless to do anything about it, I’ve filed a dispute with PayPal but won’t hold. Y breath. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We have now received our order and I have to say we are utterly disgusted with the product. The video showed a larger aerosol and had we known how small they were for the price we would not have ordered them as they are useless for the job we need them for. You can be sure that we will not order from you again and will not be recommending you to family and friends either.

Beware this company is advertising all over Facebook don't get sucked in to thinking that these are really cool products they may look cool but they don't exist. This company is definitely not selling what they are advertising and they are not a UK company they are a Chinese company falsely claiming to be UK Facebook will be notified of their false advertising

Would never see this company again product hasn't arrived try tracking but no good another11 pound down the drain. Wish I never bothered

I have to add myself to the growing list of conned people!
I also purchased some of the sealant spray from what was described as a UK company with UK stock but, having waited now for over 3 weeks for it to arrive since I ordered off Instagram (bad idea) I now find it is coming from China. If I’d known that I would not have ordered it.
Furious I have been conned by a Chinese company purporting to be UK based.
I have asked to cancel the order but will also apply through my bank for a refund
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I’ve since received 2 bottles of this stuff in the post via Germany and each bottle is 3” high, not enough to make anything waterproof!

First off I am only giving one star as it wont let me give ZERO! Please avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing but a bunch of con artists. I purchased a mini video camera from them and it did not work. I asked for a refund and was of course told I would have to return it to China. The other option I was offered was a 30% refund and I could keep the camera. Obviously having to pay 70% for something of no use was a waste of time. I asked for a returns label to return it only to be told I would have to pay for the postage. I offered to return it to their UK address in Essex but they wouldn't agree to that. At this point I informed PayPal of their actions as I had not heard back from them for a few days and they then offered me 50% of the cost which I refused, then I was offered 70% which again I refused. Then they came back with a final offer of 80% plus keep the camera. This time I decided to accept as I think that was the best I was going to get and I didn't have to pay return postage and wait weeks for a full refund. I guess 20% of the purchase price refunded is better that their other offers? Just beware this is not a UK company and they don't like doing returns. I will be notifying the Trading Standards about this company and I would ask all that have been conned out of money to do the same!

I am one of many who seem to have been well and truly tricked by Biomall UK. I ordered 4 Super Strong Bonding Spray for £ 48.16 on Sept 6th. Delivery took about 4 weeks and when I opened the packaging I was gob smacked at what was sent. How the hell am I supposed to treat some cracks in my roof and gutters with the tiny 30ml finger sprays? When I e mailed I got the standard reply - send it back to China for refund. FEEL BETRAYED. However I've contacted Citizens Advice as my contract is with a UK based company and therefore it comes within the Consumer Act of 2015. LET'S ALL GET TOGETHER AND FIGHT THESE FRAUDSTERS

the sealing spray is the size of nail varnish bottle.
The company is not UK. Took over a month to send despite paying for express delivery
They sent a parcel from Germany & want it returned to China.
Shame on them for making Chinese business's look bad.
