Complete fraud. I bought a product advertised to seal tiles in a roof, as shown on their video. What arrived in the post were tiny bottles of a supposedly sealant, absolutely not what is on the video. I am now looking to return the product and get a refund. But I need a return address. Waiting for a reply to my e-mail...

Do not buy from Biomall. We ordered two bottles of waterproofing spray. The advert clearly showed spray cans of 300ml or so. What turned up after 5 weeks was 2 x 30l bottles of what looks like water. It's a complete scam.

Why is this company allowed to sell products in this country. They are scammers.. I wish I had read these reviews before I sent them my hard worked for money. Why is it not possible to give minus stars. Their advert implied that I would receive a spray tin of their waterproof substance. The tin is shown on the adverts but all you all you receive after waiting for over a month is 30ml of a liquid. So deceitful!!

Echo what everyone else has said. I ordered 3 bottles as my parents have moved into a new house with a leaking roof and this seemed like a great solution. 3 tiny bottles that took over a month to get here - what a rip off and not as advertised. Please do not buy!!!!!!!!

Actually minus 5 stars and it’s clear that Biomall or whatever they choose to call the company is a scam. All 74 reviews( 75 with mine) are negative. Both Facebook and at least 75 people have been mislead by this awful organisation. Do not buy anything from them

I have been trying to send back a parcel, it was delivered to me and it should have not been. I put a note on my door regarding the parcel as I was told not to except it, they put it through my letter box. I have been sending e/mail trying to get a address so I can send it back and no one will respond with a return address not very happy.

Agree with all the previous comments. Total SCAM. Tiny bottle arrived after waiting 7 weeks for delivery. Advert shows spray can and 3-5 day delivery. This comes from China snail Mail. Avoid

Super strong Bonding agent, complete scam. You are led to believe you are getting a spray can decent size, when it arrives it is 30ml bottle! All this for £16.99 incl delivery. You can buy this on eBay for £2.09! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Disgusting.

After ordering a can of water sealant spray i received an empty plastic bottle i emailed the company who told me i could either send the bottle back to them for a refund at my cost or i could accept a 30% refund without sending the empty bottle back to them i mentioned to them that the product was not as described ie an empty bottle so under consumer law it was their responsibility to pay for the return postage costs which they wouldn't accept so as i had paid by payPal i claimed against them for a full refund inc the postage costs which i won A special thanks to PayPal without them i would be stuck with a £16.99 empty bottle. I will never buy from biomalluk again as i believe their miss advertising of product is against uk consumer law i would not recommended them be warned...

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL AFTER SALES SERVICE AND COMPANY. TOOK OVER 4 WEEKS TO RECEIVE PRODUCT WHICH WHEN IT ARRIVED WAS, STILL IN PACKAGING, BUT OBVIOUSLY DAMAGED AND DEVOID OF ALL CONTENTS. SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THEIR ALLEGED ADDRESS FOR WHICH ALL WERE IGNORED. AVOID AT ASLL COSTS

Total SCAM. Should be shutdown.
Demo shows aerosol cans for sealing spray but you get a tiny 30ml Pump Spray. Useless.
Also claim to be in UK and advise 3 to 5 days delivery when they are actually a China company and takes 4 weeks to arrive even when you cancel quickly

This is a scam. Asked to cancel an order on the day of ordering. Ignored it. Got overcharged for a 30mL bottle. Received 4 weeks later. Avoid.

Absolute scam, product supplied after weeks of waiting is not what is shown on the advert.You think you are buying a rattle can size as in the advert but you are supplied a bottle the size of which my missus uses for nail varnish Totally dishonest advert.

I am not going to repeat every word written here which I completely agree with. I did not expect the product I ordered to be what I got. 2 nasal spray size bottles with pump action.. The product and every other product from this company should be banned completely from trading here, especially on Facebook, with a captive audience who by it's very nature every word uttered there is believed by it's readers. You do already know, so shame on you F/B. There is no Essex Company, it's out and out Chinese. Final word DO NOT BUY.

I was not surprised by the product I received this morning, as I had already read the poor reviews on Trustpilot - unfortunately after I had purchased and had had no response to e mails requesting an update on my order!! Like most reviewers, I had assumed that Biomall UK was a trusted UK supplier and I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. This company is misleading customers. Avoid at all cost.

I don't understand why Trading Standards are doing nothing and how this scam is contining. And, why does Facebook get away with this sort of advertising? One more reason to cull Facebook.
I've asked for a refund and confirmation that I was talking to a human being and have no reply. Total scam!

This is a scam. Definitely not the size product that I expected. I'm almost sure that when I ordered, the can size was larger but I have had 30ml delivered.
This is a company registered in Essex, so if they don't refund your money, go directly to your credit card supplier and they will take this further.

Please don't buy this product, it's a scam, I was expecting a large airisol spray can not a 30 ml bottle which by the way is not full.

I agree with all the other reviews. I was expecting a decent sized aerosol for the price I paid, not a 30ml pump action spray!! I would send it back but would probably cost too much in postage! DO NOT BUY from here.
You can buy 3 of the same item on Amazon for less than this ripoff firm !!
