I like to consider myself savvy with advertising, but like so many others I saw the advert on Facebook and felt it was highly believable. I ordered 4 cans as I needed them for a job I was working on at the time. Never turned up, of course. You can complain, they send a form to fill in which you end up filling in every time and which I can only assume goes nowhere, designed to gain more time. So no refund and no goods. The annoying thing is B&Q do the same product. And at least they are based in the UK!

As already written by loads of dissatisfied customers this company are total scammers and should be closed down.
Anyone thinking of buying anything from this company DONT!
Hopefully with no customers they will go out of business

My son gave me a Biomall bag for Christmas, not realising that the fittings were missing from the straps and bag! The strap came completely loose with no way of fitting it to the bag. I emailed the company and sent photos. They asked for my details and I sent them these and other information they requested but then they stopped communicating. A complete waste of my son's money.

Ordered 5prs of adult slipper socks, would have only fitted a small child. Sent them back to the address on the back of the package.. no response + when I finally got hold of the co. it was in China.. Wouldn't accept I'd sent them back. complained to PayPal who would not re-fund me... £35.95p down the drain.. I agree with everyone else, Big Scammers + should be totally banned from selling anything..

Like everyone else has said already this is a massive SCAM , took well over a month to turn up no body replies to emails and when the bottles turned up they are tiny nothing like the aerosol can in the picture and video please do not waste your money.

Please note: So like everyone else I received a 30ml bottle. Had paid via Paypal. Sent a few emails to company Inspired Tech INC, no response after 2 mths, so complained through Paypal was refunded the £16.99 within 48hrs. Happy ending but DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Yea I agree with everyone total scammers. They advertised aerosol cans we got liquid in small bottles. Not what we ordered and took ages to come . Yes scammers 😡😡

Agree with all other reviews - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY _ THEY ARE SCAMMERS - bought a product described as sealant spray - got the tiniest bottle of liquid neither use nor ornament to anone - they should be removed from sites and stopped from trading

I wouldn't even give it a one star.
Ordered a spray sealant at the beginning of October 2020. Tried to cancel after 3 hours, replied days later to say it had been dispatched. Has never arrived! Sent a dozen emails, no replies! No refund as requested! Stay clear of them!!!!!

Bought and paid for spray sealant a month previously, product sent to wrong address. Despite numerous emails Biomall refused to refund. Company advertising on Facebook. Should be removed.

Oh how I wish I’d read the reviews... my anger is the same as everyone else who ordered the bonding spray 😡😡😡 their ad shows it next to a roof indicating it was used on it,,, well silly me figured it would AT LEAST be the size of window cleaner or similar,,, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! teeny tiny bottle 🙄🙄🙄 I have a picture but sadly nowhere to post it...

As most have said. Complete scam. 30ml bottles. No aerosol as videos and pics describe.

I ordered 6 bottles of extra strong bonding spray for s project what turns up 6 30ml bottles of god knows what - it took ages to come fron China even though registered uk website. The video which accompanis priducts shows an aerosol can not a very small 30ml bottle the 6 bottles cost 100!!! Rip off

This is a scam. Paid 19 GBP for what was supposed to be a bonding spray. A 30ml bottle turned up from China with invisible waterproofing agent on the outside. Probably contains water. Complete scan. They even changed the description on their site. Got money back via paypal. Do not order anything with them.

These look to be a British company, they are actually from china. Took almost a month to arrive for a roof sealer that cannot cover even a metre squared and states on the bottle not to use on crack over 1mm thick.

Paid via paypal, taken almost 2 months so far to get my money back and now they are requiring I send the product back to china at my cost. I rang PayPal and they gave me a free returns called PayPal returns. Covers items that cost less than £15 to return. So covered but who knows how long this is going to take to get my original money back.

Biomall. I have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to return a product to them. They do not answer my emails and have taken my money. I have a product I cannot use. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
