SCAM
SCAM! Do not waste your time and money. Advertised on their site as a spray can in an aerosol similar size to a large wd40 can. You actually get a 30ml nail pile of crap which has about two squirts in it. Only when you scroll all the way down do they tell you its a 30ml 10cm tube.
FACEBOOK ROOFSEAL SCAM
Beware the Facebook Ads they are a CON !
I saw one for a roof seal aerosol and bought one for £18.99 inc postage.
Three weeks on I receive a small plastic container the size of a bottle of Tippex - the packaging purporting to come from Germany .... Biomall Uk ?
Fortunately I had paid by Paypal and was able to force a refund by opening a case on Paypal !
UTTER SCAMMERS and not from UK !
They sell utterly crap fake rubbish…
They sell utterly crap fake rubbish stuff witch comes from China dont buy anything from this company they will pull your pants down
Would never use this company again
I agree with all the other comments. I ordered two pairs of slipper socks at £7.99 each, "one size fits all". I could only just get them on my woman's size 6 foot by stretching them, so very uncomfortable. They would not have fitted a man. When I contacted the company to arrange a refund, they said I was responsible for the return costs. I had assumed the money back guarantee meant returning them to a British address, not China at a cost of £7.35! A complete rip-off. I foolishly assumed Facebook would only accept adverts from reputable companies.
Item arrived as described but...
I ordered a Xaphoon (also known as a mini Saxophone) via the Biomall.co.uk website on the 25th of November 2020 which I received on 6th of December. Whilst I am satisfied with the item received as it matches what I purchased. The tracking information didn’t update leaving me wondering if it would ever arrive. I was also disappointed by the customer service and the lack of transparency over shipping time.
Here’s my journey:
Shortly after my online purchase I received an email stating my item was being dispatched and given a tracking number. The biomall website says that my item would usually be dispatched in 2 to 3 working days from the purchase date. However, a couple of weeks had gone by with nothing being received and my item shipping status had still not been updated. The tracking link they provided in the shipping email also took me to a less than professional looking website, which revealed no further information related to my tracking number. At this point I seriously began to worry I had been scammed! With no contact telephone number, I forwarded my shipping email along with a letter of enquiry to Biomall’s customer service email address on the 4th of December. I received no direct reply from them but was instead forced to respond with a code to an automated email which was received promptly. I didn’t receive a reply to this code and didn’t expect anything much to happen either as I had read customer reviews saying the website was fraudulent.
Quite unexpectedly, however, I received an email two days later from Hermes Courier Service with a tracking number correctly matching the number previously provided by Biomall in their shipping email saying that my item would be delivered that morning. Sure enough, the correct item safely arrived, undamaged and exactly as described - a working Xaphoon!
The item had Chinese writing on the label which might explain why it took so long to arrive. I don’t remember seeing any mention of this when ordering. And the customer communication is lacking.
Very thankful that my item arrived. I’m aware others haven’t been so lucky. Definitely room for improvement.
AVOID
AVOID - DO NOT BELIEVE THE FACEBOOK ADS - NOT ONLY WILL YOU GET SHOCKING PRODUCTS, BUT YOU WILL HAVE YOUR DETAILS SOLD ON
complete rip off - ordered from this as it came across as a UK based company - advert specifically stated dispatched from UK - took 4 weeks and came from China.
Ordered "safe" ear cleaner and scratch remover. Ear cleaner completely useless and nowhere near the advertisement - the rubber attachments at the end do nothing - added to that the moulding around the outside is so badly finished it actually scratches the skin in the ear, leading to ear infection. The scratch remover came in a tiny bottle (certainly not the size shown in the facebook ad) - and, based on my experience so far, I am less than keen to actually put it on my car in case it makes things worse.
Added to that, since placing my order, my email has been spammed relentlessly with fake Norton, McAfee, Twitter and some other security programme that I apparently need to "renew" because my machine is infected - interestingly several of them are coming through in Chinese - so, enough said really - steal your money and then try to steal everything else - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I am disgusted with them
I am disgusted with them. I ordered 2 bags in different colours and they both arrived in Grey. The bags didn't resemble the website picture in terms of quality which was a huge disappointment as I was expecting great things. I emailed them on the day the product was delivered (2 weeks ago) and they still haven't replied despite being reminded. I will persevere, but urge NO ONE TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, you will regret it
Beware
Beware, Biomall are selling a Ultrasonic tooth cleaner, £47.99 reduced to £23.99. Scam they are less than a tenner on ebay.
Cancelled my order immediately after…
Cancelled my order immediately after placing it as unfortunately I read the reviews AFTER ordering a bedside storage bag... however, no response to my cancellation emails (following their cancellation procedure), and then I get an email saying the item is “on the way”. Scammers
Please beware of this massive rip off…
Please beware of this massive rip off SCAM!
The advert (on Facebook) clearly shows an aerosol can of this ‘magical’ stuff being sprayed to stop leaks. However, what you get for your £18.99 inc postage is a tiny pump pot, it does not spray and wouldn’t fill a thimble. The delivery took weeks and return postage to China would cost more than its worth. Plus, with such a disreputable company, you know for sure you will never receive your refund. They totally ignore your emails.
Waterproof spray Scammers
I purchased 1 can of waterproof spray, and was left speechless when the tiniest package arrived all the way from China with what can only be described as a thimble worth of liquid.
Totally and utterly robbed, Instagram, Facebook need to get these scammers off their pages, I would like my £20 back and have had no response at all from their customer service dept.

THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE STAR _ I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE IN ORDER TO WRITE THIS - THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED - PRODUCTS DON"T WORK, FALSE ADVERTISING ETC _ DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM - COWBOYS
Don’t even deserve 1 star
Don’t even deserve 1 star. Completely agree with all previous negative reviews which I wish I’d read before wasting money on Christmas gifts. I ordered 8 x pink bags with transparent phone pocket but received all black bags and took weeks to arrive. My email of complaint was acknowledged but there’s no further response and obviously no intention of replacing items. I saw Biomall advert on Duolingo app so thought it would be ok but obviously not the case.
Same as for all other reviews
Same as for all other reviews. False advertising , complete crooks, also BEWARE they also operate as Jaysuing
Echoing all other reviews
Echoing all other reviews. Advertised as a spray can from UK, but is a 30ml plastic bottle of waterproofing agent from China. Avoid.
Don't waste your money
Can only echo other bad reviews on this. Facebook ad made it look like I'd be getting a large can - got 30ml for £18. Avoid.
Don'y buy from BIOMALL UK
Like other reviews I see, what you think you are ordering is NOT what you are getting. Super strong bonding spray ? nice large aerosol on promo that is sealing cracks in pipe work etc in seconds.
In reality, for £18.99 delivered, you will get a tiny 30ml hand pump spray that will waterproof a tent or some fabric. You can find same thing on e-bay for around a tenth of that price. It will NOT seal cracks in anything ! Utter disgrace - total scammers.
Saw an advert for a waterproofing…
Saw an advert for a waterproofing spray. Which showed a large canister and it being used to waterproof a roof. The spray was substantially larger than hand and was aerosol based. When the product arrived it was the size of a finger and was totally unsuitable. In other words it was a complete scam. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I sought a refund from the company but they simply stone-walled me and refused to answer e-mails.
A bunch of crooks
If only I had read these reviews before making a purchase like so many others. Zero comms. Not at all what I thought I was ordering and I will request a refund from Paypal. Avoid like the plague.
