Con men!! Not what I ordered at all. Tiny plastic non banded bottle that took a month to get here from China. Not like the images. It conveniently arrives after the 30 day return policy.
Company implies its uk based and the return address is UK. But you won’t get it in time to return to the UK

It's a scam do not use. Promotion uses person spraying a large metal aerosol. What arrive is a 30ml plastic spray, a total misrepresentation. It's a chinese company not a UK company so you have no legal recourse. DO NOT USE.

I would have awarded no stars if I could. Scammers - ordered a leak proofing spray, waited 4 weeks it comes from China - when it arrives it is only 30ml...yet the advert on facebook showed someone using a handheld aerosol. Avoid....Avoid

Tried the Super Strong Bonding Spray, although I doubted it was real
4 weeks later a small bottle of a watery substance arrived, a scam as suspected.

I made the MISTAKE of ordering from this company who claim by their website biomall.co.UK that they are a UK based company, it seems they are not!! I ordered a CCTV camera and although they seem to have an address in England somewhere, the item came from CHINA!! I purposely ordered from them as I thought they were a UK company and with all that's going on with Covid, I wanted to make sure I ordered from a UK company to help them out, the last place I want to order from is CHINA!!!! and I feel that I was duped and I should have been given the choice where I purchase my items from!! I've emailed them so many times but they are ignoring my emails now, so not the behaviour of a reputable company!! They seems to be scammers and I wish I had read these reviews before i purchased. All I can say is if you're thinking of ordering from this company you will regret it and you will not get a proper response so I'd advise against it and warn other people too to stop them getting away with it! They shouldn't actually be allowed to advertise on Facebook with all the bad reviews they have.

Feel so angry at being scammed. Got a small pot of product instead of a large spray can (actually, if you look carefully at their ad it has one photo of the pot and their spec DOES say you’re buying 30ml, which would obviously never come in a large spray can).
Trading Standards need to come down hard on dishonest scamming companies that deceive, like this.
I’m going to complain to Scopely (GoScrabble) who heavily promote this ad.

I agree with all the negative reviews. This is a scam and should be reported to the authorities as there is no description on the size of bottle, it shows a large size bottle so I ordered three to cover my flat roof, while the ads indicate that it is a normal sized spray can. I was shocked when I saw the size of the bottles, they were 5ml small nazal size spray. I was GUTTED...After having to wait for 5 weeks,
I strongly advise not to order anything from this company called BIOMALL.

Is there a way that all complaints can get together and get this company banned from advertising in the UK.

I agree with all the negative comments made by others. Inordinate delay in receiving the goods and when I enquired where the goods were, I received what appeared to be an automated response from a different email which I missed as it went into the spam box. After trying several times to get a response I twigged what was happening. Appalling service. The quantity in the bottle is inadequate. They retail on Amazon at a fraction of the price and you get three bottles. I would demand my money back except my heart wouldn't stand the stress load. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole.

They are scammers like the 50 lighters for a pound boys and sending a box of match’s they got fined the entire takings let’s hope this lot does as well. £15 down the drain 30ml scammers so mad.

Given it 1 star, as can't give less. been waiting since 24th Sept for my order. Nothing as turned up yet, not holding much hope if it does come with all the negative reviews. I've contacted FB and reported the company as a scam, if we all do this maybe we might be able to save others some money.

Don’t buy at any cost

I wish I had read these reviews before I threw my money away. The advertising is totally misleading, as it looks like a spray can bring used. As others have stated, you get 2 tippex bottle sized, sort of samples of this product. I contacted them when I found out I was receiving this item from China as I have had problem I the past with things not arriving. I bought this because of the name of the company, biomall.uk. Don't touch with a barge poll and I hope trading standards are on the case!

do not buy from this company 2 x biom waterproofer shows on the advert spray it on the roof must have been a dolls house roof they where 30mil bottles its a con and it took a month to come from china and cost £30

i ordered some waterproof spray sealant from this company after viewing their video demonstration on facebook, showing a large aerosol can. After 4 weeks, product arrived today. Tiny little plastic bottle with some water like liquid inside. Have traced the company to a company based in romford UK called Labubu Ltd, recently incorporated. The product comes from China. This is a complete con. I have given the details, including the directors name to trading standards to pursue. Do not order from this company under any circumstances

Scam company. Did not receive the item I ordered, emailed them, all responses made no sense. Contacted Trading Standards, will follow the procedure although the item was not big value.

This is definitely a con, we did not get what we were expecting which was an aerosol can. Instead we got something not much bigger than a nail varnish bottle and paid through the nose for it. Absolutely disgusted, this company shouldn't be allowed to trade in any shape form or fashion.

Like the other reviews on waterproof sealant this company is a CON the ad is nothing like the item you wait 5 weeks for. Small tipex size bottles arrive instead of aerosol cans that I was expecting to do the job. How can this false advertising go on? Avoid this company !!!!!
