The whole process was quick, smooth and pleasantly efficient. The collection driver was on time, courteous and knowledgeable, the sales office staff was easy to talk to and everything was sorted out in about 30 minutes.
Valuation was fair and payment quick and fuss free.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Everything was explained clearly and in straightforward terms. I’m very pleased with the service I received and look forward to the delivery of my bike.

Absolutely Great experience with Bigmoto,From start to finish my application for a bike was smooth,Ellis and Katie were amazing friendly and informative and returned my calls when querying about the motorcycle and going through the figures again for the finance through first response,Ellis informed me about a tracker for the bike and extended warranty which I signed up and paid for also the bike will be checked over properly before being delivered to my home address and tracker fitted,Many thanks Ellis and Katie and all at Bigmoto and First response finance!!! 😀

Brought a Kawasaki from Dudley store and the service was excellent. Dealt with Katie and nothing was a problem, communication was great, everything explained and bike also superb. Highly recommend.

I was the only customer in the shop today, walked around and every bike i was interested in was dirty, i was waiting for a member of staff to approach buy not one came and asked if they could assist, two staff members were eating food on the shop floor, they looked at me then just looked away and carried on eating. the rest of the staff where either stod or sitting behind the counter, a couple looked up at me yet again no one interested in seeing if i need any help. Most of the bikes have no tickets on so you have to search the internet to find the prices. after 20 minutes of walking round in circles and leaning up against steel posts searching the internet i walked out. Just sold my bike privately so cash in the bank and ready to spend but i guess not with these people.

Very pleased with the way I was treated very professional and friendly from start to finish.

Brought a Vespa GTS in one day.. Katie and Bilal were really helpful and made the process really simple and enjoyable.. fully recommend their process, if my scooter is as good as this process I will be really happy ..

Amy and the fellas have been great with all the advise and help ive received especially Amy who has been at the start of getting my new bike right to the end of picking it up today she has been an absolute star and I cant thank them all enough for there help best bike shop around big moto every bike to suit every one and a fantastic sales team thank you to you all especially Amy.

Spoke to Tom today and was amazing told me everything I needed to know about the bike made sure I knew everything about the car, finance options and warranty and helped explain my worries, great service

Simple finance application with a fast response. Ellis was able to explain everything and found a good finance deal for me. Additional extras explained but no pressure to accept what I didn't need. I'd be happy to go through this process again with Bigmoto. Thanks for your help Ellis.

Once everything sorted my end big moto came following day. I was quite surprised how respectful and efficient they were and didn’t try n barter or knock me down, they paid what they said they would. Payment was in my account pretty much asap and they sorted the v5 transfer immediately. Very happy and would recommend. Would also like to mention the guy who collected the bike was very efficient and professional

No I'm disgusted and I am looking to leave a shock8ng review plus photos customers need to he aware of your dangerous cowboy conditions that you hide blame c7stomer knowing full well you have put my life at risk

BUYER BE AWARE CHECK WHEELS TO SAVE YOUR LIFE

You had the back wheel off 3 times due to the brake disc also if you had done your pre check sales release correctly beggars belief how it was not pi ked up just shows how irresponsible you mechanics are
It will be when someone is either Dead or seriously injured as a result in in competency just for a sale

A very straightforward process from the quote online, which was 20% above the next best bid. Collection and payment all very easy, with no last minute chipping on price.
Would highly recommend.

Very professional,all went smooth.The agent who visited today well mannered and polite, highly recommended.
Would definitely use again.
