Great experience especially considering poor ones in the past with other ‘buy any bike’ services. The price was very fair and the process was easy enough, the process took about 20 mins and was paid straight away. Was worried about being knocked down by large amounts as I have in the past with other companies for ridiculous things despite providing an accurate description online. Big Moto didn’t, they paid me what I was quoted, so be truthful when describing your bike and you’ll get the price offered with them. Would use Big Moto again. Recommend if you want an easy sale, better price than dealers and without the messing of selling private.

Fast and professional service. The staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. So much easier selling a bike to them rather than fielding time wasters if I’d been selling privately. I’d highly recommend Big Moto and will be using them again.

Sold my Honda Africa Twin. Overall experience was good, fair price but when they arrived to pick it up dropped the offer because of scuffs on the black plastic hand guard and 3mm of tread on the back tyre. “We will have to replace them before we sell it” lo and behold, they sold it without replacing them. Very disingenuous.

Amazing worry free service

Sold my bike with these guys last week. Was the easiest process ever. All agreed and collected within 3 days. Price stated online was the price given and each side was happy. Cash in the bank within 10 mins. Loaded in the van and gone within half hour of arrival. Highly recommended.

Offered straight away £500 more than any other online company. My bike was gone within 5 days at a fair price. Mark and raffie made the process breeze. Do not bother with any other company. I was honest about my bike so when it was collected they actually payed the price that was offered. Stress hassle free yes I could have gotten more private sale but it had outstanding that would have made hard plus time wasters and their price was not fair away from what I could have gotten and remember they have to have profit and prep the bike for resale and warranty it. So fair all round thank you raffie and mark.

What started off as a general enquiry ended up with the purchase of a new bike! Heard some good reviews about BigMoto so decided to see what the hype was about.
Amy W was my sales advisor and she’s a straight up 10/10 with her easy, laid back approach. No push, no hassle, just straight facts and chat in a way that’s sorely lacking in most customer-facing roles these days. Definitely recommend both the site and the Team for their attitude and knowledge with a personal touch.

Picked up my bike this morning Baz helped so much as I have my bike stolen last Friday and they helped me find a new one and helped me with all the gadgets that I needed to keep it safe so they wouldn’t get stolen again. We would definitely recommend this company and use again. Gary Lowestoft
