I got my order today, 4 months after placing an order and paying. Everything came as ordered but very very late

Excellent service. Used them twice within a week for various items and both times arriving either 3 or 4 days. Cannot say a bad word.
Will be using again and for the foreseeable.

This site sells excellent beer at a very good price. Used the service twice and the second time some of the order took 4 weeks to arrive - but I got all I ordered. I will definately use them again.

Ich habe mehrmals problemlos von dieser Firma bestellt, allerdings fiel schon frueher auf, dass sie völlig Kommunikationsunfähig oder -willens sind; auf Anfrage ueber die Webseite oder per E-mail in einem Fall von verzögerter Lieferung haben si gar nicht reagiert, and bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer nimmt niemand ab (und Voicemail gibt's auch nicht). Aber immerhin kam die Ware an. Dieses Mal war es anders: ich habe zwei Kisten bestellt und bezahlt am 8. August. Eine der Kisten wurde sofort gesendet, nach einem Monat stand immer noch "nicht gesendet" fuer die andere, und wieder keine Antwort auf Anfragen. Ich musste den Fall Paypal uebergeben und habe endlich, knapp 2 Monate nach der Bestellung, das Geld von Paypal anteilig zurueck. Leider sind diese Leute offensichtlich nicht vertrauenswuerdig.
I ordered without major problems from this company in the past, but it was already clear that they are unable or unwilling to communicate with their customers; inquiries vie web site and e-mail concerning delayed deliver were not answered and no one would ever answer the phone. But in the past the products always eventually arrived. This time I ordered two cases on 8 August, of which one was delivered promptly. The other one was still "unsent" a month later although the product was allegedly available, and again I received no answer at all from my inquiries. I finally had to claim the money back from Paypal- good luck to them getting it from the seller! I can only recommend to avoid giving this company any business; they are not trustworthy!

This is a scam. I paid €85 for 5 kegs that were never delivered. Fortunately PayPal has reimbursed me.

First order of 4 kegs arrived without problems, even a little early. I even sent them an email to appreciate their great selection and service (no answer though...)
Next order was placed on 15/08, with all items in stock. When there was no update after a week, I started sending emails. Several over the last few weeks. The phone isn’t answered, and I received not a single reply to my emails. I opened a case with PayPal, and after the seller failed to reply to them as well, I received a full refund from PayPal. Still no communication, order is still in open status despite the refund. Very strange company (especially for German standards...). The do have a great selection of beers unavailable or unaffordable in Ireland, but that was certainly my last order.

Ordered my kegs then started reading reviews thought oh no but ordered online 8th September 4 kegs with me on 22nd sent me the tracking number so will be ordering more.

Ordered kegs of lager on 15/5/20. Spent £91. No response to any email that ive sent. Asked my bank to get my money back from German bank that it was transferred to, the request was turned down by account holder apparently, Mr Daniel Vogt! Bunch of thieves.

I ordered beer 3 weeks ago 21/8/20 and paid E77.52. I had seen the order received and money taken from PayPal.
Three weeks later I have emailed them a number of times with no answer and order shows in red not shipped. They couldn't bother to reply to my emails until I raised it with PayPal. There reply was "were sorry you didnt get your order" I am still waiting.. There a joke... I have to wait until paypal sorts out my claim.

Company did not respond to an email I sent but the package was delivered 17 days after initial order.

I also experienced nearly a month of non-communication after placing an order in late June. I am glad to report, though, that order arrived in UK in good condition. Perhaps it's a small business hit by something last few weeks but it's getting things back together? If so, it would be good simply to signal an interruption in fulfilling orders. Anyway, at least the order was properly fulfilled at last.

Absolutely awful. Took my money and a month later no change in order status and they ignored every communication I sent. Luckily I paid with PayPal who gave me a full refund. If I check the order even now it still say in progress after getting a refund. Avoid at all cost

I was weary of ordering after seeing all the negative reviews, however, the beer I wanted was only available through this website. I took a punt and waited.

In fairness, I was quoted a week turnaround and the order was here 3 days early. Although I wasn't aware that the order had been shipped until I received a knock on the door from the courier! Might be helpful if an email was sent confirming when the order is shipped.

Made 2 no separate Orders 19th may and 25th may. Still not received! I've emailed Bier und wein some 20 times and had no response whatsoever. £140 out of pocket. BEWARE order no 422701 and 423013

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Don't respond to emails. Looks like it's money lost. Lesson learned.

Be careful! My order of € 225.24 has not arrived at the end of 2.5 months. The seller did not reply to 3 emails asking for information, although I am a regular customer. Now I will still have the pain to report to the police and tax authorities (VAT was paid in that order). Think twice before buying here.

Achtung! Meine Bestellung von € 225,24 ist am Ende 2,5 Monate nicht angekommen. Der Verkäufer reagierte nicht auf 3 E-Mails nach Informationen zu fragen, obwohl ich ein Stammkunde bin. Jetzt werde ich noch die Aufgabe haben, der Polizei und den Steuerbehörden Bericht zu erstatten. Denken Sie zweimal, bevor Sie hier kaufen.

This company are thieves. They take your money. They don't respond to questions or deliver items purchased.
