THIS COMPANY RIPS PEOPLE OFF
Only received part order, they never replied to any of my emails, i reported it to PayPal but they closed the case because they sent PayPal proof of delivery but is was just part delivery, i will never order from this robbing company again.

Ordered 7/2016, 10/2020, and 11/2020. First two orders went fine, though with zero communication, notice of shipment, tracking code etc. 3rd order took over 2 months to arrive. No response to numerous emails.

Now (3/2021), I tried to place a new order, but only bank transfer is accepted, even though PayPal is still listed on the web site. No thanks. The customer reviews paint a rather bleak picture on the success rate for receiving the ordered (and already paid) goods.

It's a real shame, since finding a seller who ships Kölsch abroad, at reasonable prices, is practically impossible.

Summary: under NO circumstances, I would ever pay, or recommend anyone to pay ANYTHING in advance to this company!

They are taking everyone's money and not shipping the orders. Not responding to emails. I just really want the product as I can't get it anywhere else

Good prices but thats about it. Their website says they had shipped order but when using tracking number the shipping company have still not received the order. They haven't replied to any email which I've sent, even ones on German. Now after nearly 3 weeks without an update, I have contacted PayPal for a refund.
Have seen that some people have received orders but seems to be a lottery.

Placed an order on 22nd of January 2021 for 12 off Löwenbräu Original 6l Perfect Draft, only to receive 8 off, i have emailed and called them with no reply, none existence customer service, i have now reported them to PayPal, i really do wish i had read the reviews before i placed the order.

I ordered several kegs of their website 11/12/20 & 69 days later still no beer , after contacting Daniel Vogt & his company many times by email , his website & social media I have received no reply’s no refund & still no beer , it seems to be like a lottery which customer receives their order if at all

Ordered 4 PD kegs on the 27th of January and paid through PayPal. My account today says still not shipped even though people have been getting their orders that they have put through 4-5 days ago on the PD Facebook page. I’ve sent 4 emails with no reply so I’m left with no other option but to open a PayPal dispute. They might be a bit cheaper but the uncertainty about getting your order isn’t worth the chance. I’d advise not using them.

Still awaiting my beer and my refund , no communication for two weeks then a cheeky email in German .. I know a few that have no issues but this isn’t German effecincy this lot .. Stay clear

Update from previous post. Sent 4 emails, no response. I now have PayPal investigating and hopeful of getting a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AS USEFUL AS TITS ON A BULL

Stay away from site ! Please believe the majority of reviews. It was too silly and naiv to check reviews before order and paying! Zero reaction after paying.

I was very concerned for several weeks after placing my order, when the payment had left my account but their website kept claiming 'not paid yet'. I had more or less resigned myself to the loss. However today, three weeks later, the goods have arrived, very well packed and in good condition, exactly what I ordered. Prosit, Herr Vogt und vielen Dank.
As a warning to others, however, I would say that the problem with this company in my experience is twofold: they don't communicate with customers at all, so you have no idea what is going on, and they ask for payment by bank transfer (which is always a bit risky). If they would just check and respond to emails, and/or update customer account data on their website, and if they would accept credit card payents like most other mail order companies, they would be fine. I would be wary of using them again, using a bank transfer, because clearly some customers have lost their payments and not received the goods, but, that said, I am very pleased to have the consignment safely here, before Christmas and before the dreaded brexit forces high tariffs. Also just to say that once the goods were handed over to DHL the delivery was swift and the tracking was really excellent and reliable. Thank you to DHL for a very timely delivery.

Ordered back on the 27th May 2020 4 mini kegs, Beer Dispenser and pack of CO2 cartridges, about 2 months later the kegs arrived but nothing else, it's the 9th December 2020 now and still nothing, tried ringing and sent endless email requests but no joy, I would avoid this website and avoid disappointment

This was by far the worst experience ordering something. My order got shipped 13 days after Bier & Wein received my payment. But what really really upset me was the fact that I tried to put on hold the order or re-route it, because I am travelling (I did not expect it'll take 2 weeks for my order to arrive). No answers to my e-mail or my messages directly on the web site. That you will be informed by e-mail that your ordert has shipped also did not happen. Luckily there a order places out on the net that take customers serious. Bier & Wein for sure does not and doesn't deserve any orders
