I placed an order 6 weeks ago (order number 436942), and due to a bank error the payment was transferred twice. I have not received the beer ordered, and the extra payment has not been returned or credited to my account. All emails I have sent, and all phone calls, have been ignored. Appalling customer service.

Don't buy from this company ordered 3 week ago and haven't replied since no beers no refund.

This place isn't great for impatient people to use in the long run. Eventually, they'll take their time to send goods. After over 30 emails and using cfpb (online complaints America, but forward details to the local correct complaints place). Bier & Wein wanted to know the exact euros and cents they received after disputing order/s. After over 1.5 months my orders got sorted, plus they sent me free 5 shot drinks. Possibly didn't receive up to 13/252 litre cans of Faxe10, but more likely someone took them from an unlocked room. Nobody does everything right!

Order 3 kegs on the 8.6.21 paid for on the same day money left my bank they said not paid want answer emails or phone call stay well clear unless you want lose your money

Have ordered 3 times. Great service and price. Only downside is that they are not always fully stocked but I would recommend them highly. Make sure you add the keg deposit to your order.

Ordered 4 kegs, my bank messed up international payment, Bier and Wein were very patient, payment finally went through on Monday afternoon, Order dispatched Tuesday, at my door Friday Morning, absolutely first class service. Kept me informed and provided tracking number, would recommend and definitely use again

Ordered 4 kegs 11th April 2021, paid 12th April 2021, still nothing received and still no refund of my money, I'm hearing quite a lot of people losing money to this company, criminals getting away with stealing peoples money, should be shut down.

I placed an order and paid the amount on the confirmation email. They then sent another email the next day asking for more money so I simply asked for a refund as I wasn’t happy with them asking for additional money. I must have sent 20 emails and they just never reply. Nothing but thieves. DO NOT USE

Was great for 3 or 4 orders other than shipping times - but no fault of Bir & Wein there.
My latest order was marked as shipped on the 12th May but has somehow never made it to DHL. It has been stuck on the initial status since then,
5 days - 5 emails sent to Beir Wein - NO RESPONSE.
Please BEWARE.

Ordered on Monday delivered the following Monday to the UK, will use again.

1st class, can’t fault them. Less than a week from ordering they were delivered to me in the UK. Will be using again.

Excellent. Paid by revolut. Very important to put name and reference in the transfer details. Got emails in relation to the purchase and was able to track delivery on dhl. Took two weeks to get delivered to Ireland. 👍

Any one know where you can get Astra Beer Shipped from Germany to Ireland, Dont fancy using these guys again TBH and risking a couple of 100 euros.

Ordered twice first time no problem my 4 Perfect Draft kegs arrived no problem within 2 weeks to Ireland. Second time was a farce,made payment and then received an email looking for payment. I sent numerous emails advising I had paid and the order status showed as not paid for 2 weeks.Contacted PayPal for a refund and the next day the order status had changed to cancelled and my money was refunded.They don't reply to any communication its a joke of service they seem to deliver randomly.

Ordered from them on Friday the 7th of may, goods recieved in Glasgow on Thursday the 13th of may.
As long as you follow the instructions of manually adding the keg deposits, and making your reference your order number I can't see major stumbling blocks.
Only downside was as opposed to 2 franziskaners I received a leffe blond - communication could've been better on that front but still not much of an issue for me.

I placed an order with them never received my goods and i transferred the money , nor did they reply to my emails, bad customer experience.

Website is a little dated and payment process is messy, but delivered no problem to Ireland. I have heard customer services are not great but in my experience, they aren’t needed if you follow instructions carefully.

Make sure you follow instructions and add a keg deposit to basket if required. Then put your order number as recipient reference in IBAN transfer.

I ordered and paid via Revolut IBAN , got payment receipt 24 hours later and received delivery 6 working days later to Ireland

Received my order in Ireland 9 days after ordering. Customer service on emails need improving but everything came as ordered. Thanks!

Ordered perfect draft kegs with these jokers - paid the invoice they sent immediately, like other customers I received an email saying that had not received the payment. No reply to any emails, they do not answer their phone either. I’m suspicious as to why they stopped receiving PayPal payments?! Perhaps having to refund too many of their scammed earnings due to PayPal regulations.... avoid

Can’t get me money back as they ask for a bank transfer
