Great product. Will buy again.

I saw Amelia on Dragon’s Den and was so excited. When I ordered it said 3 weeks wait - fine.

After a month with no contact, I asked if there was an update and was told my order would be sent that week.

Over 2 weeks later I contacted them again and part of my order was sent. I have since had no update on whether the other item I paid for will be sent…or if I will get a refund?

Also I was very excited about the toilet bombs but sadly they seem to disappear immediately to nothing. No smell and no cleaning.

I’m sad as I wanted to love this business. I understand with a small business that there can be delays, but it’s the complete lack of contact, and products that don’t seem to do anything, which mean I won’t be ordering again.

On 26 January 2023 I had an order confirmed for a Dragon's Box for £28. Despite a succession of emails this has never been delivered. On 13 February I was told the order had been "fulfilled on 30 January when it had been collected by Royal Mail" and that a redelivery would be requested. Emails pointing out that I am still waiting have not had a reply. I gave up after 4 April. I would not recommend this company.

I love Bide Planet products and the company ethos. Long may they last !

Washing powder ( orange & bergamot) is wonderful and smells gorgeous too. However when I came to buy more today, it’s all out of stock, as are most of the other products on the site! What’s going on guys? I would have bought a load more but will shop elsewhere now ☹️

Quality of products is excellent. I particularly appreciate the simple ingredients used to make the products which are very effective yet kind to skin and the environment.

Great eco friendly products. Toilet bombs and scrub are a good combination to keep the loo clean. Washing up liquid coming in a non plastic pouch is ideal, it's thinner than my usual, but very effective.

Bide definitely lives up to its promises. I've been using their products for well over a year now. The washing powder copes with grubby stains and doesn't leave a strong scent, the dishwasher powder also. I would fully recommend all of their products, and am on board with the ethos of the company. Also love that they are eco friendly and a Bcorp.

I love everything about this business and have ordered since seeing it on Dragons Den. The washing powder not only smells great, it works really well and you know its not damaging the planet. Have used the toilet bombs too and about to try the washing liquid. I feel these are win win win products. Definitely worth trying these products to do our bit for the planet, for people and to support great entrepreneurial businesses who care.

The laundry powder smells wonderful and is effective at cleaning. It comes it lovely packaging too.

Product is very good and easy to order and amend orders if needed. Any changes and delivery dates etc are well communicated. It’s great to be using a product that works but that is also environmentally friendly and from a company that seeks to support and enable the people that work for them.

I really like the eco-friendly laundry powder, both the Lavender, and the Orange and Bergamot scent. They clean very effectively even at 30°. I've stopped using other laundry detergent ever since I tried them.

Washing powder does a reasonable job and, as others have commented, smells very nice. The washing up liquid is close to useless though. Sorry.
