Sorry to say their dishwasher powder doesn’t work for me: it leaves food and rinsing residue on the dishes and inside of machine (I’m using separate rinse aid). Disappointed as the approach and ethics are top notch. But if the product doesn’t do its job….

I love the toilet cleaning scrub - it’s great for keeping the toilets clean, and brilliant for keeping the sink and drain clean and sparkly. Even better now it comes in an XL pack too.

Love the ethos of Bide & performance of the products. Have been using for a year now. The toilet scrub, toilet bombs & washing up liquid are my staples. The laundry powder is also great. The scents are exactly the level & type that I want from my cleaning products. Minimal packaging & palm oil free.

Nice product, does the job, also supports people and environment - though the website is looking a bit ropey right now and I couldn’t see how to re-order

I'd been buying loose dishwasher powder from a refill shop but hated the chemical smell and artifical fragrance. I took a gamble on Bide and had to wait a few weeks for a batch to be ready, but it was absolutely worth it! It does the job, I can use the right amount for my smaller-than-usual machine with no wastage - and it smells wonderful, of peppermint essential oils!
I absolutely love the company's ethics and would love to see them expand enough not to have to make 'on demand'. And maybe start supplying refill shops too?!

Its a great product, just a tablespoon of powder is enough for a full wash. I also use it to clean oven pans by soaking overnight, it removed baked on food or grease. Thanks 👍🏻

I use their toilet cleaning products and they are really good plastic free alternative to conventional products and they smell lovely too. I've found them to be just as effective too.

The bulk ordering works well for me and they keep you up to date re delivery etc so I really recommend them.

I have been a supporter of this company from almost the start & loved their products & had a subscription with them.
My last order went out at the beginning of august & payment was taken. Order was still not received by October so I emailed several times, contacted via social media channels & no response to anything.
Came across the business owner on Facebook who did actually reply to my message to tell me that sadly the company was no more.
Whilst this is a great loss, I am still owed my refund, but owner has now stopped responding to any messages whatsoever.
Also as a supporter & subscriber, it would have been nice to have been informed the business was ending & not left waiting for my products.
Extremely poor customer service & they have now robbed my money. Whilst I feel for them, it’s no way to treat a loyal, long term customer & I’m saddened & disappointed.
I’m sure I’m not the only customer whose money has been taken & looks like will not be returned.

I just love this washing powder so I've bought 2 buckets of it.

Unfortunately the delivery took over 5 weeks, without any contact from their side.

Brilliant idea. The soap powder is really good too. I also bought toilet fizzers and they have made a huge difference to my loo. They are so reasonably priced that I use one a day in each of my 2 loos. They make the overall cleaning much easier too. Best bit - I can be a smug do gooder for the planet because these products actually work. Can't find fault with the products - maybe one - more people need to use the products.

I love the ethos of this company. The items were quite slow to arrive because they are home made in small batches, which is indicated on the website. However, some better communication about when they will arrive would be appreciated. Unfortunately I’ve found that the dishwasher powder doesn’t work well for me (possibly because I’m in a really hard water area?) so I’ve ended up washing a lot of things again. It doesn’t do anything to tea and coffee stains on mugs at all. The mint did smell amazing though. The washing powder seems fine.

I like the way you do things and the dishwasher and laundry powers are both very good. It took well over the three weeks for the products to arrive which is not a huge problem and I understand your reasons but it makes planning ahead supply levels tricky!
