I made a subscription by accident. I thought I was just viewing it... When I saw the charge on my card. I contacted BetterMe via Customer Service. They promptly refunded me. In the future, I may consider a membership.

Since starting betterme,I have lost 17+…
Since starting betterme,I have lost 17+ lbs and look toned and have definition in legs arms and abdomen. I feel 20 years younger and have been told I look 10 years younger.
Also, when I had trouble with my what scale, customer service was able to help out with quick response time. Thank you better me team and Matthew, my coach.

Accidental purchase, impossible to cancel
Hi,
My elderly mother had accidentally made a subscirption without never using the app or any services.
She has tried to reach you on email to cancel but theres no replies and you are still charging her over 100€ monthly.
Could you let me know how to cancel without an account? You should make it impossible to order anything without creating an account!
Also she has been paying reaccuring payments for months without using the services, is there possibility to refund?
The bank and credit card company is aware of this and next stop is the police if we cannot reach to any conclusion from here.
Let me know how to proceed.

Great support team
The app is great, well suited to my current needs and customizable. My top vote is due to the on point customer support. I was surprised by the responsiveness of the support team. They immediately addressed my issue offering a solution very fast and were eager to adjust the view according to my preference. It was a very low effort on my side. It doesn’t happen often.

I got a plan for exercise, super complete; unfortunately, I needed to put it on hold, because of a health matter; and when I asked them if I could postpone it, and get a refound, they were super super kind and comprehensive; and now I cannot wait to get better so they can make a new plan for me, and I can start it!! 10/10 customer atention!

Incredible customer support!
BetterMe has two excellent offerings -
1. The in-app exercises and knowledge base is superb. High quality and very, very extensive. They have diet charts, guides and personalised recommendations.
2. The customer support is absolutely top-notch! I had a bit of a payment issue, and they resolved it literally within minutes! They replied to my emails almost as soon as I sent them, I got human replies and not automated ones, and they understood my concern with a great deal of sympathy.
I highly recommend using BetterMe for their awesome customer experience!

I unfortunately wasn’t able to use the app due to my busy schedule, but the team was incredibly understanding and even provided a partial refund.
From what I saw, the features looked great, and I appreciated the variety of options available.

Amazing customer service, unfortunately was not able to use app due to sickness, but they were so amazing when I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged £63.65. They refunded me my full amount. I am so so grateful. Thank you ever so much again. Xxx

Loved it. I was charged for a month but was able to cancel without any issues and a refund on the way. I enjoyed the work outs and was surprised at how much my muscles hurt the next day after only 1 of the 13 mins sessions. Guess I didn't realize out of shape I actually am. I only canceled because of the price. You do get a lot of good features but I am not in a situation where I can pay for this now but in the future I would love to come back and try it out for a few months because I know just after one session of 13 mins and how sore I was the next day tells me that this was working on me.

My wife accidentally signed up for the…
My wife accidentally signed up for the Better Me 1 and 1 coaching and Fat Burning program when she was trying to get the BetterMe Chair yoga. I Canceled the coaching and Fat burning programs one hour after her mistake and they still charged us for $59 a $14 and said that all sales are final with no refund. What a scam Do not ever use the BetterMe programs. Do not ever go on the BetterMe web site.

I have cancelled this program and they will not stop charging me. I have disputed the charge and get a refund on my charge account then a couple months
later I will get another charge and that has been credited back to me. I now have another charge and have discontinued the credit card.
