The customer care specialist (Grace) was very helpful. I had several concerns and questions. I got a reply to my issues very quickly. She cleared up all my misunderstandings and provided clear instructions on other features in the app that I wasn’t aware of. I went from being frustrated to quite pleased with what the app was able to offer.

STAY AWAY, THE SECRETLY CHARGE YOUR CARD INFO..REDDIT HAS HUNDREDS OF VICTIMS, THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

They sell prerecorded videos for 20$/month and when you cancel they offer 6$/year options to make you stay.

After a year, about when you forgot about it, wiithout notifying you, They start charging 12-13 dollars bimonthly using your credit card on file.

In my case i figured out these mysterious charges two years after it. They bill you on random dates to sneak the payments under the rador. They are in CYPRUS, they are profession scammers, criminals.

Just google them, everyone has got scammed by these leeches.

WE SHOULD ALL GET TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION TO GET THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.

I hope they all go to jail. Really.

The exercises were surprisingly effective, the format is easy to follow and as soon as my knee improved, which only took a couple of weeks, I moved on - which I never thought I never would without surgery. Thank you

Originally I was going to work out using this app but it didn’t turn out that way. When I reached out they gave me the mental health app 2 months free. So grateful! 🥹

I had made a purchase from them but needed a refund because of a financial situation. They were very understanding and tried to lighten my burden by some compassion instead of "everything going by the book." A company is not only judged by their product but also how they treat their customers. I had a very positive experience with BetterMe’s customer support. The team was extremely helpful, professional, and responded to my emails very quickly.

An automatic subscription renewal was charged to my account after my trial period ended. Although I understand that I had agreed to the subscription terms, I contacted their support team to explain my situation. They were very understanding, made an exception, and processed a refund without any issues.

The refund was handled quickly, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is rare and very much appreciated.

At the moment, I’m not quite ready to use the app, but based on my experience with their support team, I would definitely recommend BetterMe to anyone looking for this type of fitness and wellness app. When I’m ready in the future, I would be happy to use their services again.

I really love this course, is so good and help me a lot

I subscribed and then subscribed to get a free tracker for an additional 4 weeks. But then I couldn’t figure out how I would get it as there was nowhere for my address. So I bought one. The following morning when I checked my mail I found a link for the free tracker! I filled it in and then wrote explaining what I had done, no problem at all. Full refund for the one I had bought. Efficient and friendly Customer Service! Well done!

First class customer service from the BetterMe team in providing a quick refund in a friendly and helpful manner. Although I thought the App was great I had decided (for personal reasons) that I would not continue to use it. I failed to cancelled the automatic renewal and was dismayed to see a PayPal charge come through. With little hope of success I contacted the company asking for a refund. The BetterMe Team were a breath of fresh air in a world where too often we are caught out by the small print of automated renewals.
