I started the program
I started the program. I enjoyed it. But had to stop for a while. I found out I had a spinal problem. Working with my doctor to take care of that. Hoping to get back with this program in the near future.
I explained my problem with customer support and they were very understanding.
This is a company I have great respect for and am looking forward to returning to training.

A good start to the day !
Very good programme, clear and easy to follow. At 86 years old I could follow it well, and as a retired Chartered Physiotherapist I appreciated the thought that has gone into the build up of the programme. The subscription issue I had was quickly resolved by the prompt response of the support team. I am recommending it to my friends, a good way to start the day.

I decided not to continue the plan
I decided not to continue the plan, I was not able to log in and cancel and they took my money. Now they refuse to refund me, offering me some stupid other thing that I don’t want. Classical draw-you-in then refuse to refund because of some bogus reasons. Customers should be able to request a refund without giving a reason. Don’t do it unless you are able to part with $50.

I just didn’t have time to start this program when I sighed up, I would have liked to, but recovering from 2nd time breast cancer I I’have been bombarded w doctor follow-ups, mri, and mammogram, grandchildren (that’s a good thing!🥰)days after I signed up to this program, but needless to say customer service is excellent, responded to me immediately and cancelled any further chargers. I truly hope to try this program again because it looks really good!

This programme is definitely worth trying to see if it suits you.
I tried this exercise program and found it enjoyable and effective. However due to outside circumstances I was unable to do it every day and had to stop after only 5 sessions.
The options given to extend the session were interesting and valuable.
The customer service of this company was excellent and refunded my second month’s subscription due to my issues.

Great Customer Service
Due to seasonal activities, I had to temporarily cancel my membership to BetterMe Chair Yoga. Hope to pick it up again after the holidays. I had trouble navigating the on-line app and asked for customer service. They responded quickly and efficiently. I can't remember the last time customer service was so responsive so quickly. Chair Yoga for Fibromyalgia
Being a Fibromyalgia sufferer I bought the Chair Yoga to test out. My initial thought was chair Yoga looks easy but in all honesty it worked my arms and legs and belly.
I great way to start exercising when you suffer from Fibromyalgia. ❤️

Although I was unable to continue the program due to an injury, the staff was very kind and refunded my payment even though I missed the deadline. I believe when a company does this, they are caring and considerate. They did not do a 'money grab' like some companies would.

Quick and effective customer support
I signed up for a subscription last evening but used an older email which was my error. Of course I couldn’t log in but an email to customer support was very quickly answered with excellent assistance. I’m now able to login and have just finished the first day’s workout. Very useful app
Very useful app, easy to sign up, super easy to use, and extremely helpful support staff. If you're looking for something like this (and have a better budget than me) I imagine it could be a fantastic program to incorporate into life full time. Added bonus - cancelling subscription is a very straightforward process with no hidden hooks to make it hard, just kind offer of discounted rates.

I impulsively subscribed
I impulsively subscribed, and then never used the app. Unfortunately the predatory configuration used in that original subscription took over and then charged me for a long-term subscription, which naturally upset me- there was no apparent way to simply stop that from happening in the interface.
Upset, I took the measure of writing to the company with a somewhat strident protest about the automation happening, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a courteous reply and a refund of the long-term subscription cost. This response creates a lot of goodwill.
I don't like the predatory nature of the automated long-term subscription and the difficulty of getting to self-managed account management dashboard where I could control that payment method myself. It would be best for 'BetterMe' to fix that interface, creating a more ethical user interface that places control in the hands of the subscriber. However I do appreciate the personal nature of the followup and I have the sense that the company acted honourably in response to my concern.

Before confirming your first purchase, each user manually chooses one of the offered plans. All of them are based on a subscription.
You can be offered a discount for your first payment. All further renewals happen at full price.
1. This info is indicated on the same page where you choose a plan.
2. After you confirm your payment, you receive a purchase confirmation letter with the very same details that include the promotional price with the price of a renewed plan, cancellation instructions, and other subscription details you may need for future reference.
If you do not agree to be billed for the full price, you can easily cancel the subscription before it renews. It can easily be done either from the app or by contacting our support team beforehand.
We appreciate your patience while we were working on your request. And we are glad that the final result was satisfying.
If there is any single concern or any further questions, our team will be more than happy to attend to your email and provide any required details. Feel free to email us right away if any assistance is needed.

I signed up but then realised that the programme was not for me and cancelled within the hour. They had already charged my credit card but I asked nicely if they would consider refunding me and they did the same day. Very good customer service.
