Loved the immediate results, but too much pain that would not subside.
The impact of these workouts was quick and impressive. But I have never hurt so much for so long after doing anything. I would love to continue, but I can't wake up every morning in pain. I'm sure I needed to warm up and cool down more effectively, but the exercises seemed so easy I thought I was doing enough to prepare. The most persistent pain is to my outer thighs, which I'm sure is from being seated.

Truly value their customers
I appreciate a company that’s willing to allow me to be heard. Although I accidentally overlooked an issue they were willing to work with me to resolve my concerns. When my membership was automatically renewed, I had only wanted to to sign up for the first month. I asked to have that extension cancelled and the fees for the extra months refunded, BetterMe did so without a hassle. I really appreciated their customer service!!

Still going strong after 6 months
Its a good idea to start slow. However, once you've mastered the High Intensity plan it's pointless to restart. Rather mix and match, e.g. 15 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of what I call Duracell Bunny (the chick with long blonde hair in blue with the hideous couch in the backgroud). Otherwise look at other workouts. I've started Pilates and am finding it challenging. Namaste

If I could give zero stars I would. Joined chair yoga for a trial month. They have continually taken large amounts of money from my bank account without authorisation. I have emailed them time and again and they do not reply.
Very concerned this is a scam. BE AWARE

Easy, no hassle cancellation process
My life situation changed a couple of days after I signed up for the trial program. When I realized I had to cancel, I braced myself for the normal hassle you have to go through. I was pleasantly surprised! The cancellation process was all done on the app, it was easy to find, easy to do, and came with a confirmation. No one ever tried to upsell me or sign me up again or any of that. They were very polite and classy.
