Good app to use but have just cancelled…
Good app to use but have just cancelled my subscriptions because I’m now doing a similar one having been referred within the nhs. I thought I was going to experience problems cancelling but no, they couldn’t have been more helpful. So if it doesn’t workout with nhs I’ll definitely be back

I decided to study with BetterMe
I decided to study with BetterMe. I paid for 4 weeks of training. They took the amount from me 3 times and are not going to return it. They only respond to my letters with an offer to pay more and discounts on payment. Do not sign up for these trainings, they only take money.

Very hard to cancel this subscription
Very hard to cancel this subscription. I have had it for a while and not using it and trying to cancel it. I am being charged $38.95 a month. The last time I contacted them they told me they didn’t see an account in my name.

Great service
I actually hadn't really used the app, which I got for a good price. It was my own fault, but when the subscription was renewed, which I didn't expect, I got all the money back, which I think is really good service.
