Good selection of wine at reasonable prices but unfortunately one bottle broke open being lifted from the packaging and spilled all over our carpet. Still cleaning up the mess as it was a bottle of red!

Great personal service from a big company!
I’ve heard it said that employees don’t leave companies, they leave bad managers!
Equally I’ve also heard it said that people buy from people.
Let’s start by saying that Averys is a great company, I’ve met many of the staff when I attended wine tastings in Bristol but my overall experience is enhanced by the very personal service I receive from Charlie!
After several years he now knows my preferences and I can be sure, when he recommends a wine, it will be something I will enjoy.
Equally, when I enquire about a wine I have yet to experience, I’ll get an honest assessment.
