Bought and everything was damaged , and no any answer from them

Ordered 8 days ago, received confirmation by email the same day. Since then, nothing. No information on when my order will be processed and shipped. No response to emails.

Update: it finally arrived now. Pls guys better communication next time. All fine now.

Top Notch company!. I've purchased a few times from these guys and love their range and products. shipping is fast and most importantly the after sales was second to none. I needed a little after sales from Autopia and Gerry was super fast - rang me almost as soon as i had dropped an email and sorted me out by the next day! I could not be happier and can highly recommend them for product range and aftersales - PS i love the Gyeon rand at the moment.

Not too happy with after sale communication. Got polishing machine, unfortunately advert pics and description was misleading - showing and describing newer model. Contacted autopia sales dept who acknowledged the issue, changed it on their website and offered return option, great I thought. Never heard back from them again though. Sent another few email and patiently waited few weeks. Not a word back. Also tried main contact email…no joy. Too bad.

Recently received some products from autopia couldn't be happier with the products and services my car has ben transformed have to say will definitely shop there again🙂
