Shocking service another Mickley mouse bookmaker. Made contact via Live chat followed agents instructions on opening a new and and followed terms for new account offer. Made a deposit placed qualifying bets and once the bets lost they then stated I wasn't eligible for the bonus. Traders decision and that this was final. Restrictions on account after one bet. Also customer service agents were very rude. Wouldn't recommend. Stick with the big guns

Used the free bet option but saw funds forfeited due to backing the same selection. After reading terms i see your unable to do this with Mansionbet. (term for this at the bottom of the page) Other bookmakers have a block when doing this where the computer will only allow you to back the selection once with the free bet. This is another example of the mickey mouse firms trying to compete with the big guns, Also after placing the 4 x 5 free bets theyve now restricted my account for promos and stakes

if you could select 0 stars i would, this service is shocking, ive had a few betting accounts and this is the worst by far. I made a deposit with a new bonus opportunity. I placed the first bet with cash funds and then the 2nd bet with the same selection with the retain option. The bet won, once the bet was settled somehow it was settled as a loser. After over a week of escolating my issue i was told there was nothing i could done, and what was worse i now have to bet more money with these crooks to release my winnings even though my winnings were cash funds. avoid at all costs

A great holiday booked to dubai for our family. Service from tropical sky and the hilton were second to none. only problem was our courtyard view was actually a building site. But by the looks of things this is common in dubai as there are new hotels going up everywhere. Would recommend booking with tropical sky and the service from emirates, hilton and tropical sky couldnt be faulted.
