Item arrived water damaged and scratched.This multiple photo frame ordered is a decent product, it’s been let down by the fact it had no extra protective packaging at all. It’s been taken off the picking lineor shelf and put in the back of a delivery van as it was. Because of the failure to properly pack it. The frame has been water damaged and scraped in transit. Extremely poor effort. You need to properly package an item before dispatching to a customer to ensure it arrives safely at the customer’s property. A little time care and effort could have prevented a product from been damaged. I will no longer purchase from you in the future all the best.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item. I contacted customer service who were able to cancel the item ordered. Very polite and understanding.

I managed to put my old delivery address on my order.
Contacted micks garage customer service and thanks to Kieran it was quickly sorted out.
