Not too happy with after sale communication. Got polishing machine, unfortunately advert pics and description was misleading - showing and describing newer model. Contacted autopia sales dept who acknowledged the issue, changed it on their website and offered return option, great I thought. Never heard back from them again though. Sent another few email and patiently waited few weeks. Not a word back. Also tried main contact email…no joy. Too bad.
