Was in your Orange store and purchased headlights bulbs for my MG the young guy ….?..….Jones that served me was very helpful ,had trouble replacing the bulb because of the way it was replaced previously ,asked me if i could come back on Tuesday so a team member could assist .Both store manager did assist still had trouble So they called on Jess ,he was able to get the job done. I was so impressed with how they all were invested in getting the job done , it was only light bulbs Probably best customer service I have experienced in along time.

What is the status of my order number 101051267?

I have not heard anything regarding this click and collect order in the past few days and it was supposed to be ready last Friday, 19 June.

Please advise. If it is taking too long, I'd like you to process a refund immediately as I need the parts urgently.

Company is shifting warehouse with no notification to customers resulting in orders not being dispatched on time. Customer service is terrible, no offer of refunds or discounts to make up for their shit sales

After placing an order no action for over a week, 5 days after estimated dispatch date. Unacceptable to leave it with zero communication, left me hang out to dry before a camping trip I needed these parts. DO NOT RECOMMEND and won't ever buy from them again.

It is completely easy to find what I want my car parts and values prices. Simple access order and payment options.

Recent purchase was all good .....however I have had a please notify me for some parts for about a year and the website has no record of it so every now and then I hit the notify when when its in stock, I think your system needs to record the please notify me issues on the accounts so people can see the quirey is still ongoing

These guys are great. Most of the time they're the cheapest part retailer in Australia, with loads of stock online. Their physical store in Castle Hill is huge, and the staff are friendly.

Just note that occasionally they'll list an item as in stock, only to email you with an out-of-stock notice following your part order. Fortunately you get refunded / redirected almost straight away.

The ease of using the ordering platflorm made my purchase fun. Always have a great experience.

I have been using Automotive Superstore for years now. Im also a qualified Automotive Technician .
After learning about there Click and Collect setup only just recently . They have become my Go to parts Suppliers due to there pricing, reliability, friendliness, knowledge and now the Speed in which your order and parts can be supplied with the innovative click and Collect team based in Dingley Victoria.

10 out of 10. Could not recommend these guys enough.

The availability of the products I was after was in stock and a good price worked very well with my budget! I know that delivery is always good!

I used google to find the cheapest parts and you won by far. Same brand and same part number but a hell of a lot less

Be very careful... if you buy a high value product and decide it was the wrong item, you will be charged 5% restocking fee - even if that item came from that shop. they will call it a gesture of good will on their part. If this item is return and you have a microscopic mark or 1mm cut wire, you will NOT get your refund. Also be expected to wait like the RTA - 6-7 employees in one shop will take 30mins +. not to mention the return form you need to fill out online before you can return it. Good luck shopping with these guys, you will need it.

The click and collect option takes twice as long as shipping?? It should literally be as simple as picking it up from the warehouse.
