Website was easy to navigate and use price seems competitive and checkout was easy

Order 101069280.

Paid on the 2-7-26, Order has not arrived, Have emailed support several times and been told my order is delayed,
I purchased the same item from another supplier and it arrived in 2 days, Won’t be purchasing from you any more.

Tried to pay for several orders with paypal and transaction failed every time.
Comments were " Something went wrong with your order please try again later"
Reordered using card and the order is still pending over 48 hours later.
I need one of the ordered parts asap.

When I tried to order initially, the system would not progress it. I contacted the help / support desk and got an automated response, saying they would be in touch shortly to remedy. No person (human) or other help was forthcoming. Eventually, only because I needed the parts, I tried again another day and this time it worked with the exact same details.

Ordered a head gasket for vehicle.
It was a very slow delivery which was fine until it showed up poorly packed and damaged.
I took photos and emailed the store but received no response.
I then called them and was told they were too busy either stocktake to deal with anything right now.
Subsequent emails ignored.
Why are businesses failing in Australia?
This is why.
Parts suppliers who can’t pack the product they sell then ignore the customer when it’s damaged before arrival.

Website is easy to navigate and parts finder is trustworthy.
Ordered on a Sunday, delivered by following Tuesday.

New client and first experience. Easy to do business. Very happy chappy.

Product was fine and a decent price, but took 2 weeks to arrive. Needed the parts in a hurry and based on other feedback expected it to arrive before a long driving trip. Didn't arrive until I got home again!! No option during checkout for express postage - not that it mattered in the end as it wasn't shipped until well after I needed it.

Just got around to reviewing after 12 months. Better than OE, perfect fitment to the car and shroud. Has held up over many hot days with AC and a few track days with 300rwkw.

Stated get 15% off on website but never was provided after subscribing and then after ordering snow chain stated by email to get 5% off on next order - not a good experience.

They offered a 15% discount offer if you signed up and when I did. They didnt honor it. I contacted them and they went around in circles. I am not interested in dealing with dodgy businesses.

Great place to deal with and great service and product as well as great prices.

Asking for a review before you’ve sent the product and after you already missed dispatched date is pretty entitled.

Easy to add a vehicle , easy to search for parts and find correct part , only issue I had was trying to pay for my purchase, the system was not working or down and it took some time to actually complete the transaction but eventually it went through.

To slow , from ordering to posting shouldn't take more than 2 to 3 days . Everyone is sending much quicker.

Was in your Orange store and purchased headlights bulbs for my MG the young guy ….?..….Jones that served me was very helpful ,had trouble replacing the bulb because of the way it was replaced previously ,asked me if i could come back on Tuesday so a team member could assist .Both store manager did assist still had trouble So they called on Jess ,he was able to get the job done. I was so impressed with how they all were invested in getting the job done , it was only light bulbs Probably best customer service I have experienced in along time.
