I bought a Mazda RX8 here last week and had a great experience with James and Chris. James was very polite and helpful over the phone and sent me videos of the car that I had requested before viewing it in person. They let me look over the car on my own and were happy to answer any questions I had. They both were very kind and easygoing, which was a nice change compared to other dealerships. I would buy another car from here again. Chris was knowledgeable about RX8s, which is good as most dealerships don't know anything about rotaries and their specific needs. I can't say anything on the warranty deal as I haven't had to use it yet but it seems like a no-brainer to go for especially with an RX8 lol.

Went with a friend today to see what they had . Found them helpful and friendly with no sales pressure. Transaction was super easy , sales guy John did everything so I could drive away today very happy customer

Recently got my new car from the Newton-le-Willows branch. Chris on sales, made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The staff are all very easy too talk too and they make the experience fun! I spotted a car I wanted for my sons 17th birthday, there was no pushy sales down my throat, I was given the keys to take for a test drive, came back wanted it and said could it be delivered with a bow on it (joking) and they said ‘yes of course, when?’ and they did just that with a pressie on the front seat too for my son. The car was valeted lovely and delivered perfectly.

After being extremely nervous about buying another car after having nothing but bad luck with previous cars, I decided to try this garage. (Scarborough branch) and I am so glad I did.
I purchased a car, Jay who helped with everything from start to finish was amazing and brilliant customer service. The managers Phil and Sam are both lovely and gave me reassurance. The choice of having warranty was always there, I wasn’t pressured into getting and when purchasing the car they made sure I was happy with it before buying. I 100% recommended anyone who wants to buy a car to go to this garage. All such lovely staff and a fab team. Will definitely be going back when wanting to purchase another car in the future.
