Very Dissapointed, I purchased a car from them this time last year with 12 months MOT. There were no advisories on the MOT.
I have only driven 5000 miles since last year and had a fairly catastrophic MOT, not what I would expect from a Car with No advisories and a very low mileage. I am looking at a £600 plus repair bill, again after onl;y completing 5000 miles of light mileage this is not something I would expect.
I have tried to contact them and my emails keep bouncing and it looks like they are out of business. I will be cautious about using any dealers on the same address.
Disgusting company.
I bought a car back in September Fiat 500. The car was delivered to me at midnight and the keys dropped through my letterbox, which I saw on my security cameras even though I'd asked for the car to be delivered to me midday (afternoon) time. When observing the car the following day I noticed the car was an extremely left in a disgusting state they were blood on the steering wheel and dash, car was full of dog hairs, I raise it with customer service team showed videos and pictures the agreed paying for the car to be cleaned I had the car cleaned up to this day I'm still waiting for my £40 refund that was promised to me. A few days later the battery died I explain to them how much it would cost to have this repaired we discussed mechanic prices we agreed to have a mechanic which cost £30 callout fee £30 an hour including the battery replacement when the battery was replaced and I sent of the invoice to the customer service advisor they then changed mine and only offered half the amount even though I had evidence on email this was the agreed amount. After this customer service no longer responded to me! Tried them countless times via phone calls and emails not to mention the car keys are extremely damaged which I also raised, which in result means that i'm unable to open the car booth and can only lock/unlock the car with the key. Not to mention the passenger door handle is also broken which they knew before delivering the car to me which they never raise. The car interior roof now has mould on it, The wheels of the car keeps locking. This car is costing me a fortune and the company no longer exist!!! Would love to take legal action but unfortunately due to funds I'm unable to.

Where do I start,oh like the rest of the reviews of these robbing bleeps bleeps!!! Bought a car in good faith,single mum working my butt off to provide for my children and needed a reliable car to get me back and to from work.Saw a car,loved it and was told it was serviced,passed MOT with flying colours etc etc,perfect.Money handed over and was told car be cleaned and I could have car dropped off at my home address,wow I thought,great service.Now here comes my experience AFTER they took my money,over 6k,part loan,part savings.Was told a time and date my new car be delivered,great start,car would delivered after 4 cause I had school runs to do,how nice of them,roll on 4pm no car,roll on 5pm no car,rung up but no answer,6pm my car came with driver and his female passenger.Gave me keys and walked off,had to stop him to ask why car was 2 hours late to be told rudely he was stuck in traffic and I have my car now,charming.With it being dark I sorted insurance etc that night to drive following day.Well I now know why late as McDonald’s bags was shoved under my seat,car wasn’t cleaned inside or out,rung up to be told it’s my problem,fine.2 weeks later my car stopped working,took to a garage to be told it needs £800 work doing to it,rang up to be told to bring car back so they can check car,no problem I did that,now they won’t answer my calls,won’t answer my emails and coming on here to find out I’ve been robbed like others,I do have a solicitor and these robbing bleeps are moving all over the place from newton-le-willows to York,AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Come to part exchange and told it has outstanding finance on it… we bought this car out right. Now the company have disappeared of the place of the earth.

I paid for a Hyundai i30 reg EK09 LYD from this company with delivery charge ,I'm still waiting for the car to be delivered,can't contact them by phone, e mail, or sms looks like I've been scammed by this mob of shysters

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Bought a car from this company and was told it had been checked by its mechanics and was in great condition. Just been through an MOT and the car is completely dangerous to drive!!! The mechanic is fighting rust, damages all over the car and I've had my 5 year old in the car. They car was sold by this dealer knowing exactly what the faults were.

Wouldn’t give any stars if that was possible! Absolute scum bags! Sold us a faulty car for £20000, retuned the car for them to check the faults within 30 days of purchasing and to issue a refund, and now they will not answer emails. Phone lines have stopped working and garage showing as closed online! Have our money and now our car. Have contacted the police and will be taking legal advice. How these people sleep at night I don’t know, disgusting.

AWFUL, WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE 1 STAR! Absolute scam.
Ordered a car got delivered, not handbook. The then had damage that I wasn't told about. Further to this, the locking system and radio were broken again something I wasn't told about.
Then when I first took the car out the gearbox was faulty so I had to drive the car back to the branch and was told after 4 days they were replacing the gearbox.
Trying to communicate with the bolton branch is virtually impossible, don't answer calls then when they do promise a call back which never happens. Have to send various emails to get a response.
Now it says the company is temporarily closed and you cant call and emails are ignored again.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is the most stressful thing i have ever delt with it is making me physically ill! *last update- am being completely ignored now also found out as well as the 100s of problems with the car (inside) there is also various issues with the engine its self !!the company is a complete scam who are apparently "rebranding" so will be under a new name so people will buy cars off them as a new company and they will also get conned and scammed, absolutely disgusting i don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they are scamming people and selling dangerous car!

Hi , I’ve had the most stressful 3 weeks ever trying to deal with this company , I’ve been messed around from start to finish , didn’t even buy a car in the end as they couldn’t get it mended , then took endless phone calls to get my money back !!!! It took 11 days to get my money back !!!

Stay away from these people. They will sell you shonky vehicles with a pretence that they are "MOT" standard and checked in their "prep centre". Checks were not done on our vehicle, it arrived with a blowing exhaust, loose wheel nuts all around, broken rear electric window, rust spots that weren't discussed, broken heating/air con, etc etc etc. They have been worse than useless in after sales care and we're a nightmare yo deal with once they had our money. We did try to get a refund before delivery of the vehicle due to their below standard practices, but we're told it was not possible. Awful awful place. Awful deceitful company.

STAY CLEAR
Bought a car from Bolton branch three weeks ago, it was delivered not as described and needs £500 of work done to make it road worthy! Been told by a local garage it is dangerous to drive. Being constantly ignored by them, every time I do get through they tell me someone will call back. Absolute joke of a company! Car does not meet requirements from consumer rights act one bit! Stay clear!!

However I now regret this immensely ?
As after the experience I have had with them , from only day 2 of purchase , to date , has just been a nightmare , with regards to all the faults thats were pointed out to me , after myself taking the car for a service , only 2 days later , was just untrue ?
I have to say , there’s too many to state here , but the car was sold to me in an unsafe and dangerous condition ??
Iv now informed the motor ombudsman and also looking at going to trading standards about them .
So the law can now deal with these jokers , in the Warrington branch , especially the useless sales manager ?

AVOID!!! Can honestly say dealing with auto consult cars, namely the manager of the Warrington branch and the director, was one of the most draining and upsetting experiences I’ve encountered. Bought a Kia in January 2022 - 4 weeks later the head gasket had failed. Contacted The manager straight away and booked it in with them to have it repaired. A few weeks of chasing up and still no word on when I’d be getting the car back. Started the process of rejecting the car with the finance company in April - auto consult were not supportive of this. After some lengthy badgering, they agreed to lend me a car (Ford Fiesta) in May as I had no mode of transport for work and they were still in possession of the Kia I had purchased - was up in the air at this point if they were attempting to repair it or had just forgotten it was outside their showroom. Drove the Ford twice and it broke down due to overheating after a 2 minute journey. I then discovered that the Ford was not taxed as of April and they gave it to me to use in May… NO TAX!!! By this point, The manager had blocked my number and no luck getting through to The director. The finance company sent a independent engineer out to assess the Kia as The director claimed I damaged the car and blew a head gasket in 4 weeks (the car had only done roughly 22k miles) - the independent engineer determined the car was filled with emulsified oil, the battery was gone and the head gasket repair was a disaster. Autoconsult and the director still didn’t support me rejecting the car. He then tried to charge me £600 for the Kia being in their possession and for them not picking up the Ford (I was not going to drop it off as it wasn’t Road worthy and also without tax). Safe to say the director withdrew these charges. Thankfully Close Brothers Finance took the car to auction and I’ve got a full refund after a long winded ordeal. Definitely recommend Close Brothers for finance. Definitely do not recommend these lot. Please avoid. Just the state of their dealerships should tell you all you need to know about the state of their cars and their service.

What can I say about this company…Absolutely appalling service, I did a part ex on my Kia Ceed and agreed with The Bolton site that the finance would be cleared as part of the agreement, it has now been 5 weeks and the finance has not been cleared? The settlement figure provided to them has now expired.
I have chased constantly and been told a pack of lies. I stressed the importance of cleaning this finance as it will be having a negative impact on my credit profile, but I am just given excuse after excuse.
The sales person at Bolton ignored my messages; Another sales agent didn’t come back to me so I was passed to the director who assured me I wouldn’t be ignored, and it would be sorted and he has also now started ignoring me.
The car they sold me had a fault within the first few weeks which they assured me they would reimburse me the costs… nothing back yet!
I am also still waiting for the Service book which was being posted out a few days after buying the car.
I gave them until noon today to sort this out and provide me of evidence of my reimbursement and the payment to the finance company again no reply. I will now be pursuing legal action against them.
Anyone interested in a new car stay well away from these lot.

The finance company confirmed you had only paid them Thursday 30/06 after they had to chase you. They provided me evidence of this.
I also am waiting for the director to reimburse me for the cost of repair to the car which was agreed with Adrian and again I have evidence. Again he hasn’t replied to me
A trading standards case has been logged and I will be Raising a claim through small claims.
My advice is to stay clear of these con artists. They are quick enough to take your money but then ignore you when an issue crops up.
I will never ever use you or recommend you again.
