First of all, in a hot climate like Dubai, the refrigerator was broken, cold water does not flow from the fountains, we were officially scalded while taking a shower. Although we called more than 10 times, the room service did not come and check the fridge, and when we asked for cold water, it never came cold. Likewise for the iced glass, we called 10 times and it did not come, the next day we went down and bought it for 5 dirhams. They never cleaned the room properly, neither the sheets were changed nor the floors were swept.
