Placed the order 1.5 months ago. In that time, I have only received the confirmation email. No shipping confirmation. I keep trying to contact them via chat, phone and email, always without reply. Avoid at all costs!
I placed an order and the goods were not in stock, so they didn't refund me. This company is a scam. Be careful.
I ordered accessoires for our rabbit cage, but it was never delivered. The only way communicate is via WhatsApp. The mobile Phone number is used for multiple webshops, also for Toys World.
I received a screenshot with a delivery date and address from our neighbors, but they did not receive anything too. I asked the webshop via WhatsApp multiple times how we can solve this, for example by sending a new one, or refunding my money. I got no answer, so i loose my money.
I suspect these webshops hosted by one whatsapp account are scammers. If not, they are dropshippers with no correct stock information from their suppliers. And if anything goes wrong, the client has lost his money.
Reactie: het feit blijft dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben, en dat julie niet willen praten over een oplossing. Daarom voor iedereen deze waarschuwing, niets bestellen!

Ik heb het even nagekeken. Ik zie dat mijn collega u via de app goed te woord heeft gestaan. Uit de track en trace code blijkt dat het pakket gewoon netjes bij u/buren geleverd te zijn. Dat kunnen wij ook terug zien uit de GPS coördinaten.
Dit nummer wordt inderdaad voor meerdere webshops gebruikt, omdat die allemaal eigendom zijn van ons, of mogen wij dat niet van u?
Wij zijn zeker GEEN oplichters waar u ons van beschuldigd, u mag altijd voor een bakje koffie langs komen op ons adres, die ook op onze website staat vermeld.
Wij zijn zeker ook GEEN dropshippers, wij hebben een eigen magazijn met eigen correcte voorraad, dat zou u ook kunnen komen bekijken, als u dat graag zou willen.
Bad service and no communication. They did not tell me how long delivery was going to take and they did not inform me when they knew it was going to take several months. I was waiting and waiting and emailing them to ask. They did not communicate at all! I would not recommend it.
Extremely long delivery and no communication. It took over three months for our stuff to arrive. In the mean time only when we asked about it we would get an update that it’s going to take a little longer. We never got an apology. Very dissapointing and wouldn’t recomment it!
I have been buying food (worms) for my axolotl on this site for a while now but the delivery sometimes takes up to 2 weeks. I can often throw out most of the worms by then because they won’t survive that long in such a small, packed container. I’m currently waiting on my latest package that I ordered on the 12th of February… I have to feed my axolotl pallets now to keep her thriving so this will be my last order from here. Very unfortunate because there are not a lot of options for me to get these worms.

Everything came in the box with a lot of paper as protection, but anyway one of the items was broken i three pieces.
I'm not sure if I will order trough world of animals in the future.
