Professional & tidy workman

Good comms from the call centre. Tradesman was on time, clear about his task & tidy. Professional & polite; cleared up all mess (which he kept minimal); respectful and engaging. Worked swiftly and completed a good job.

I am very disappointed with these…

I am very disappointed with these companies attitude in terms of pricing as they were not transparent about their charges. They misled me thinking that I was paying rate which included VAT. Be mindful when dealing with them.

I will NOT use them again

I will NOT use them again! We were asked for credit card details upfront with assurance that charges would only be applied after agreement - this was not honoured, and my card was charged while I was still disputing the hours overcharged by the Engineer.

A refund was agreed, yet two months later it has still not been received. Repeated follow-ups have resulted in the same empty promise that it will be processed “in the next few days.”

Also, the service was booked for grouting and the Engineer arrived unprepared without necessary materials and tools. Unacceptable service!

Excellent service from Aspect

Excellent service from Aspect Service Provider. Pawel was professional, punctual, and extremely efficient. He quickly identified the issue and carried out the drain cleaning to a very high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, and he explained the process clearly throughout.

Very reliable and great value for money — highly recommend!

Consistently Unreliable

I'm a long-standing customer over many years and have used Aspect for 10 jobs over the last 12 months. While the tradesmen are usually good or very good the administration is now totally unreliable. My latest bad experience is that I had an appointment yesterday for between 8 and 12 and only at 11:45 discovered that they would not be able to honour it. I was given a new appointment for today and yet again they failed to show up. As this follows on from other recent bad experiences, including overcharging (which admittedly was eventually resolved) , I will not use Aspect again.

Easy to contact online good communication all the way through and Peter was very friendly and efficient he managed to do the electrical work we had put off for a while. we are very happy with the results thankyou

Excellent Electrician!!!

The website to book the Electrician was easy to use. Confirmation of the booking was quick and detailed. Bright was punctual and completed the job well!!!!

Pest control

Aspect outsource for pest control. The advert said the contractor comes with his tools such as camera to show where the pest holes are. Contractor did not attend with this equipment. So that is not according to the advert. It was a fixed fee of £177 plus Vat so £205 for two visits. The work carried out was putting bait down. Second visit to take place.

Was quoted 10x the real value

Was quoted £1300 on top of a £200 initial visit. Went to a different company and was charged £120 for the whole job instead. And it took them less than an hour to do job, which was less time than the initial visit from the aspect guy, who did absolutely nothing.

Response to reply: that is beside the point. The point is a different company actually fixed the damage (instead of just disconnecting a circuit) and ran all tests for less than 10% of what you charged me. Your company (or at least this one guy) are completely predatory and abusive and take advantage of your customers. And he should never have taken the amount of time that he did to do just that, so clearly incompetent too.

Thank you for your feedback. The engineer who attended had diagnosed the issue and partially restored electricity to the property. Due to the damages to the circuit he created a quotation for repairing this damage, testing all circuits and producing certification for safety purposes. After a review of the service provided there has been no fault found with his workmanship or the time he spent completing this job

Greatly appreciate the electrical…

Greatly appreciate the electrical engineer Lewis who came to my property, friendly, helpful, on time, cleared up and went above and beyond, could not fault him. Company themselves need to improve, do not appreciate a phone call 8pm on a Friday evening asking if I wanted a job done when I had already paid for the deposit and after they read the notes then acknowledge that.
