Impressive service!
Our gazebo is discontinued and the manufacturer no longer produces replacement components. Unfortunately, the replacement canopy I received did not fit. The return was very easy and the refund was prompt.

The directions on putting the item was difficult
The directions on putting the item together is unclear. Also the connecting parts (only a couple were warped) were very hard to straighten. Once this was done my table looks okay but I hope it stays together.
