We bought a 10x10 gazebo from this company. We had never used it before but it was recommended from a family member. We had an issue with the final step in the instructions. We called and spoke to a real person who was eager to help. It was acknowledged after sending pictures that it was a defect in the product and we were given the option of a reimbursement. Great service in my opinion!!!

The product , being identical to what big stores are selling, was offered and sold at an approx. 10% lower price. Delivery was made by the end of the delivery window but not later than the deadline. I am satisfied.

The cushions are losing their structure after just two days of sitting in them

The product arrived with a damaged box, damaged fabric and a part was missing. Fortunately I decided to buy the insurance when I purchased the item. I don’t do this usually, it seems I had a good instinct.
Got refunded some days later. Maybe receiving directly a new product or new parts would have been more efficient.

I received my parcel on time

The shed I ordered was delivered quickly and perfect condition. All shipping information was clearly provided. The product was well packaged with no missing parts. The assembly instructions were very good with a couple unsure spots that were easy enough to figure out. The shed took about 4 hours to assemble after having the base mounted on a pressure treated base beforehand. This is a 2 person job. All in all it was a smooth process with which I am very satisfied with the end result. It seems very sturdy. Everyone likes it's appearance and functionality.

There were a couple of products and they all did the job beautifully. First the sand filled bases for our cantilever umbrella...those bases fit perfectly and given their weight with the sand, they will do the job for us! Then the garden swing set with adjustable shade for 3 people. This was probably the best do-it-yourself assembly kit I have ever done with all parts clearly identified and well organized in the packaging. The directions were excellent, well organized with clear diagrams, straight forward in explanation and again the identification of the parts was very clear...you just cannot go wrong in the assembly of this. And, the materials that everything was made out of appears to be of top quality and the fit was very exact. I really enjoyed the assembly and my wife and I really like this swing set. I will add that we like the Aosom CA web site - very well laid out with lots of interesting products and good prices.
