It is now 6.30 on the day I was supposed to get a dresser delivered between 2 and 5. I cancelled something important to be home between those hours.
What I find inexcusable is that no one had the decency to call or text and let me know what’s going on. I realize that things have a way of happening with deliveries and that it’s not the store’s fault and that the delivery is probably outsourced. However the lack of courtesy on everyone’s part will ensure that I will NEVER shop at this store again.
